Super fast during a busy Sunday lunch time. Really efficient, they do a great job. Just not my favorite burger ... but my kid wanted to go.
Always delicious. I got the protein style burger, my oldest son got the 4x4 (he was extra hungry after a weekend retreat in the mountains, and my youngest picky eater just got a chocolate milkshake (not worth the battle)....of course all the burgers with grilled onions. French fries are a must for everyone and cannot deny that we were snacking on them as we drove the food home :)
fries are not crispy. very expensive. hamburger was small.
Really friendly employees and good service. Love the animal style fries and of course the burgers!
Award winning customer service with a smile. I hadn’t visited an In-N-Out in almost a year and I just happen to be in the area. I decided to grab dinner since I was already too tired from work and didn’t feel like cooking. From the moment I walked in and placed my order, the customer service was off the charts. The cashier was super nice and friendly. She was kind enough to change my order since she couldn’t understand me through the face mask and the acrylic shield. I ordered the #2, cheese burger special with the fries well done. My kid had the animal style fries with chopped chilis. I have to admit that her fries looked weird but their unique taste was amazing! I’m hooked on those fries now. Overall, never disappointed with In-N-Out.
In n Out is always a staple in Southern California's burger scene. Although it can be seen as fast food, you get a quality cooked to order burger, and being able to customize that burger many ways is what keeps people coming back. My typical order for my burger is a double-double animal style, no tomatoes, chopped chilies, and a whole grilled onion. If you have been getting plain burgers with only cheese, you need to try my order IMMEDIATELY. The crunch of lettuce and a semi caramelized whole grilled onion, the spiciness and brightness of chilies, and flavorful beef patty will have your palate dancing. It is always packed here, so be wary of a wait sometimes, but other than that, it is a place of quality and food and service.
Normally I’d give five stars. We regularly, on a weekly basis, buy from the In-N-Out on Lakewood Blvd. and Carson. We ordered two double doubles, each animal style, 1 fry well done, two unsalted beef patties and a Dr. Pepper. Usually the drive up person repeats the order. Our fault, due to long line, didn’t check the order. After we returned home, we found the drink to be correct. However, our bag had two dry cheeseburgers, one cheeseburger with grilled onions (had to scrape off) and three french fries, not well done and one beef patty, not two. Drove too far and not time to return. Check and recheck your bags, even if there is a long line and ask the pickup window server to repeat the order. Big disappointment.
Lines long but they move quickly. Staff is polite and courteous. I think that the In-N-Out training model should be standard for all fast food restaurants. In-N-Out staff sets the bar. Food is good and prepared in a timely manner.
I love this location as I used to work near here. They’re known for speedy service and kind staff. Mecca was not one, she held up the line while messing up an older woman’s order for a gift card before me. Causing that elderly woman to be upset. Then gave me attitude and pretended she couldn’t hear my order, rolled her eyes and the whole time claimed she couldn’t hear me. Disgraceful service. Foods great, customer service needs some retraining.
Triple yum rating, the highest score possible. Double double protein style with yummy strawberry milkshake. I've only ever had a positive experience at in n out. Amazing product
