I’ve placed business partners and visiting family at this hotel and they all reported that they were well taken care of.
Parking was inconvenient and the staff was unhelpful & rude. I left my medicine and realized about ten minutes after leaving. To which I was told it was too late and they informed us they would charging us $50 because they had to take the trash out. So not only could I not get my medicine but I was charged for them throwing it away. I have never stayed at a hotel that charged you for the throwing away take out boxes / trash. Esp since COVID, nobody is regularly emptying the bins. I have no plans of returning to this hotel & would not recommend.
I'm a travel agent . So I stay at many hotels. But this was not what I expected. They only give me two wash clothes. The house keeper would not give me any more then I called front desk and then they give me to more. The small of weed was coming out of people rooms. Plus there is no good food on the menu to choose from. The ladies that work for the shuttle service was really nice and friendly. But the housekeeping services was very poor. I'm sure the hotel can improve these issues if they wanted to.
The pool is my favorite part. The songs they play are all like Sade vibes. They have a full service bar and really friendly people that work by the pool.
Nice place to stay in Downtown Long Beach. Great customer service. ? Friendly,Pool,Hot tub, Restaurant and Bar
This place is very nice I'm loving the bed I'm loving the food the staff here are very nice and considerate if this was a house I would live here forever
Went there for the weekend. Left dissatisfied. Tried to check in early but couldn't. Woke up in the morning to take a shower and no running water. Television was basic and carpet was tattered.
Good i did enjoy it very much, one problem why do I have to pay for parking???
Freindly staff but hotel isnt that clean. I found a cockroach.
The staff here were great! Fast service and clean. It smelled cleaned everytime my husband and I walked through the hallway. House keeping will not come in your room due to Covid unless you ask. Everyone here was super nice and very helpful. My husband and I felt safe and anytime we asked for something we got it. Please don't forget to tip the housekeeping because they go over and beyond
