I’m giving 3 stars not because of the food, but because of the service. I recently found GB and have stopped by at least once a week for a couple of months. Food is great! Prices are high, but you get huge portions. The women who work the counter are very sweet, but, I’ve started experiencing the same issue with each visit: order accuracy. I ordered and paid for a grilled cheese with bacon, did not get bacon. Ordered a banana shake, received a vanilla one. Asked for a burger with sauce on the side, got home with a soggy burger. Does not matter how good the food is if I can’t get home with what I ordered. Kind of a shame.
I hadn’t eaten dinner the night before so awoke hungry…ordered a breakfast burrito with carne asada ….huge portions for the price and extremely tasty I was completely satisfied with the taste of my grilled asada and the eggs hash browns and cheese! Drive thru a plus for me while on the go…and cashier said price was a morning special price under 9.00 so yeah …I was even happier with that a sale price for breakfast on the go wrapped in a flour tortilla Yeah that’s why their called burritos because they carry everything in it while on the go ??…staff was helpful and polite!! Come try them out while driving down 4th street across the street from Porto folio coffee ?
Super delicious! Was not expecting for the burgers to be so good here. My brother in law lives in Long Beach and introduced us to this golden burger joint and it didn't disappoint! I will for sure be coming back here to try some more items on the menu! 10/10!!!
My fiancee and I didn't want to cook breakfast . We went through D T . For Biscuit and gravy and French toast breakfast.
So delicious! Best food ever! I used to go to school across the street at Burbank and then go to Golden Burgers afterwards and get fries and a milkshake! So great!
I tried GOLDEN BURGER. NEVER AGAIN!! The OVER PRICED DOUBLE CHEESEBURGERS, that didn't even come close to the size andt the quality size, were highway robbery. And a bought 4 of them. 20 minutes of my valuable time in a Drive-Thru for that disappointment. I tried Golden Burger and it reaffirmed why I always Go to Louis Burger on 6th and Atlantic majority of time. Im not going to talk about the size of a french fries for almost $7 times 4.
The front desk staff is understandably occupied with the drive-thru which seems to be the main economic activity in this business. Remind them that you were first in line for the bathroom :-) worth a visit.
I picked up food for someone. The restaurant is very clean and the workers are in good spirits. The food look good and the prices are reasonable. Will try out the food on my next visit ?
Super Clean In & Outside, Friendly & Patient reception, Large easy to read Menu, Decent prices, Spacious room, Low volume Sports on TV, Food served fast, tastes great, especially the Burgers & French fries.
This place used to be amazing but since the pandemic they have the worst customer service and inept employees. I ordered a cheeseburger special with a few condiments removed and when I got to the window I received a receipt with no mention of my specific request. Appearantly they didn't listen to my order at all and tried to give me reg. Burger with all the stuff on it. When I did receive my corrected order it was obvious they scraped the burger patty and put it back it the bag sauce still all over it. This is the third time I've experienced this kind of lazy customer service here and I'm taking my business elsewhere!!!
