It is unfortunate that I have to give such a poor review. Perhaps it is only this location that can’t hold up to the standards that Gladstone’s in Malibu has. This Long Beach location is terrible in all sense of the word. Although we made reservations we were seated 30 minutes later. It is disappointing that we had to flag down a staff member to ask if we had a server since we sat there without any acknowledgement for 20 minutes. Our wine and all of the food we ordered which included raw oysters, appetizers, and our entrees all arrived at the same time. The raw oysters arrived in a bed of water because the ice had melted and we sent them back and removed them from our check. The floor was covered in trash and had an overall unkept appearance.

Our total experience was amazing. We will be back.

Service was excellent. Seated right away with reservations. Ordered the fish and chips, fish was a little over cooked and dry.

Service was very slow. Food was average. Strong smell of spray paint while sitting on the patio ruined the atmosphere

The staff was very nice, we were by the ocean… all good. However I was disappointed in the quality of the food and the drinks. Is this Gladstones a different management from the one in Malibu?

It's so unfortunate that we experienced sickness immediately after leaving the restaurant

The server was outstanding! Knowledgeable about the menu and recommended Entrees were hot and very tasty!

Food order took WAY too long to arrive. 40+ minutes. Yes it was noon. But there’s really no excuse for having to wait almost 45 minutes for lunch.

It was a really busy day in the area, but the workers were really good about it. It was a very pleasant experience I’d say.

Valet parking is so expensive. Lunch was almost 100. Parking 15?
