Un servicio excelente y amable
Yelana is the best!My hubs and I always bring the kids here whenever come to Long Beach!!THE BEST BURGERS EVER!!!!Only here and Fullerton Amtrak station are the absolute best, I will die on this hill!!When you see this place, PLEASE COME IN!!!
Had lunch with In-laws and my wife and I had three orders of burgers and one chowder and bread it was good but the service was a little slow
great food & good service
- Time to sit at table: 10 mins- Time to take the food served: 45 mins- Pizza: extremely under-baked. Zero crispy. First time in my life I had a pizza with visual look as flour.- Chicken wings: tastes like it’s been re-fried many times. Do not taste freshly made at all.- BE AWARE: They CHARGED $0.5 for each tiny cup of ranch without letting you know in advance. The waitress asked if we want ranch, without letting us know that they charge 50 cents each. It’s okay to charge but please let customer know that when you ask customers want it or not. Also, the ranch is not good. The free Mc Donald’s ranch is 100 times better.- Restaurant is severely understaffed. We did not want to ask for anything because we did not want to bother the only two staffs busy running around.Zero star if I could give
I had high hopes for the food here but turns out the pictures deceived me. The service is cordial, the scenery is awesome but the food is disappointing. The fish and chips I could only mastered to eat 1 piece. The fries were cold and the clay chowder soup seemed from a Campbell's can.I really did not like any of it.
Pizza and burger was delicious!
Waitress was wonderful... we didn't order tea... change us for it...and have to pay $8 for glass of water. Wanted to talk to the manager and waitress said manager don't want to talk to us...
They actually deserve ZERO stars!! I just received the rudest treatment at Gilan. I waited to be seated for over 10 minutes. I finally asked the waitress if she had a table for me. Her response was that she was busy and offered no apology or a table. I asked to speak with a manager. The manager tried to apologize for her behavior. But, in the middle of his apology, the cook joins in and said that it was busy and no one owed me an apology!!! I've never been treated so rudely! I'm not sure if I was treated this way because I'm a Black woman? Regardless, I will never step foot in there, again!!
Overall just a sad experience. Waited 10 minutes for a table when there were multiple available for a party of 2, when we did get the table it wasn’t sanitized or wiped down, grease and crumbs were everywhere still. Then we didn’t even meet our waitress until we had to call them over after sitting and waiting for her 15 minutes in. Once we got our waters and drinks 20 minutes later our appetizer onion rings came and they were warm and soft. Why aren’t onion rings crunchy and hot since it is a fried food. And to finish off when we got our food it was subpar. We ordered the pink vodka fettuccine and it was honestly some of the worst pasta I’ve ever had, the chicken on it was inedible obviously pre cooked meat and frozen. Defrosted to order instead of cooked to order how gross is that. When Olive Garden has better quality pasta than a beach restaurant you have issues to fix. Also ordered pizza and it was also subpar. The cheese had no flavor the tomato sauce was basically non existent and it being thin crust I expected a crunchy pizza, and instead I got a soggy crust as if this was frozen dough and not hand prepared. when the service is awful I hope the food can carry the weight but this was not the case here at all. The service was absolutely mediocre to be generous, the cleanliness is an absolute joke and worst of all the food is flat out garbage. Frozen meals on the beach, if I wanted that I’d go to vons down the street and heat up hot pockets at my house. Don’t recommend anybody come here, you’ll be highly disappointed. I’m surprised this place had anything more than 2 stars. By far the worst place to eat at this pier.
