Only reason I didn’t get four stars is because the coffee is never ready. However the bagels are great and always fresh staff is amazing
The worst. Service is horrid. Still dont allow indoor dining. Can't even pour my own beverage. My Nova Lox had one thin piece of salmon draped over both bagels. Go to the Bagelry at Stearns and Bellflower. Far superior.

The breakfast sandwich bagel I got was wrapped with oil drenched paper and the sandwich itself was poorly put together. I had to eat later by later and not as a sandwich because it was falling apart with each bite. Also, there was a homeless guy sitting at one of their tables outside, coughing and hacking up mucus and spitting on the floor for 20 mins. A worker saw him and didn't say a word while he was panhandling in their chair. It was an unpleasant experience.
I love the hatch chile bagel with chive and onion cream cheese and I add tomato and red onion. Delicious!
