The staff here has a bad work attitude, no manners, no minimum respect for the guests, as if someone owes her money. This restaurant should close. The boss didn't care, and there were no pictures on the menu. She asked her to take a look at the pictures, but her attitude was very arrogant, so I didn't order food, so I had to leave. And the service staff is very unprofessional, she can't answer the questions she asks, and she doesn't know the names of the dishes. Are you here to work? Your boss is going to fire you!
Nice atmosphere, friendly people and the food was very fresh & tasty. You can get breakfast anytime, I can eat breakfast at any hour so I'm keeping this place in mind, I really enjoyed the meal!
This is a well kept secret. The burgers are huge and delicious (I still had food to go). You do have to specify what you want on your burger and the meat-cook term.
Cute diner! Went here for a casual breakfast date. Quick and fast service. Friendly service. Easy parking and affordable prices. Definitely a keeper if you're on a budget and just want a nice hang out with low pressure. Family friendly.

Love the 50’s feel of the place, especially the car-shaped booths and the jukebox. It’s like a time machine! Great food, too! Also… Best. Milkshakes. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was treated very rude. My waitress acted like she could not be bothered. The sad part is it depends on the day and time you go. Some waitress are nice and some are rude.

This has rapidly become my favorite restaurant. Whether it’s a burger, one of their fresh salads or scrumptious dinners, this place can’t be beat. The servers are so friendly especially Kaitlyn. If you’ve never been to Dales you are missing out!
