First of all as I pull up to this particular churches they're advertising signs that let you know they're open was not on and looked as if the place was closed but because I saw people inside the building I went through the drive-through it was a very long wait eventually someone came to the intercom to take my order as I begin to give my order I'm told with the exception of chicken and maybe some potatoes they were out of everything it was barely 9 in the evening and they're already out of everything so I went on and proceeded to just get what they had which was mashed potatoes and corn and some french fry they didn't have biscuits which is one of the biggest deals at churches they didn't have most of the side that's on the menu I did notice these gentlemen really tried hard to accommodate in working with what they had. Now I've been to this particular church has several times and it seems every time I go they're out of something or there is some type of issue I stopped going for a while and I just started back and it has not changed.
They never have SPICY CHICKEN .. SMH.. SO I WENT TO POPEYES & they have the NEST SPICY CHICKEN AND IT WAS REALLY GOOD & FRESHHH THANK YOU POPEYES..
I usually go to the Churche's at Lakewood and South, but this time I was close to this one and decide to get the food from here, customer service was ok, but the family meal I get here was the same I always get at the other one, but this place don't add the breads and cost me the same as my regular restaurant...
Not the first time here but I swear the people who work here needs to be replaced, more so the managers. First time I came here no one wanted to take my order, they were just looking at us. On top of that I also do a little door dash for here and there. When I come to pick the food up I shouldn’t have to wait over 10 minutes for the food to be ready. It was an online order, why should I wait more than 10 minutes on something you should already be working on. Also the manager got mad cause I walked up to the drive thru window and asked for my door dash order , so she made me wait until it wasn’t that many cars in line to not only make me walk up to get my food without if notifying me it was ready The customer service here is horrible! I

4 stars for the size of the chicken tenders and the biscuits. Got a 5 piece but should have gotten a 3 piece. Everything was fresh. Fries were soggy due to the steam and closure of box. I was surprised by the quality. Could have been a good night. Drive-thru was long
SLLLLOOOWWW! That is all that you need to know. There was only 2 employees and the one at the register was so slow. The kid barely moved look super stone. Also the place was so dirty even inside the kitchen area. We left to find a much cleaner location.
I love this Church's Chicken. I always get their fried okra and one reg or spicy chicken wing, that's all I get. When it's busy service can be a little slow. The staff is always friendly.
The chicken was hot and tasty as usual. Customer service very unprofessional. The wait was too long.
Chicken was good. I requested WELL done crispy okra. I was disappointed it was soft!?
