HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Customer service. The empty parking lot and empty drive thru, should've been a huge red flag! But noooooo I just had 2 go against my gut feeling. The black girl shouldn't be taking orders, she shouldn't be working in ANY establishment that deals with customer service. According 2 the manager, multiple customers have already complained about her, so why is she still there?! Corporate! GET RID OF THIS TOXICITY!!
I love Church's Chicken for the last 48 years I've tried others but I always go back to churches I like that crunch and a good hot apple pie
I ordered okra,the wait was long and the okra was cold, smh. They were fine with preparing me more that was fresh. But it an inconvenience to wait long and then get cold food. And have to wait again
Stopped by on our way home for a quick dinner after a long day. This location was quick, very clean, and the employees were very friendly overall and extremely helpful/patient when we needed help navigating the menu. We will definitely be back.
Not too busy at 1pm on a monday. Food was fresh.
The chicken tasted like gasoline I called and talked to the manager he said he ate the chicken and didn't get sick so oh wellI will never eat there agaain
Best fried chicken around, hands down! I always used to go here for Sunday fried chicken after church. Hits the spot! And their biscuits are the best! Extremely flavorful. I don't live in the area anymore but when I do visit, they never disappoint.
I don't know what happened. But the first couple of times I went here the chicken was good. However, on my recent trips..Not so much. It's like they're re cooking the chicken that wasn't so the day before. The fries tasted liked they were warmed back up too. Just horrible
They always seem to forget something. This time it was a whole large side. HAD to go back. They seem to be always busy because the food is good and fast so don't expect to be treated like at a restaurant.
This location has the worst customer service I have been trying to call them to make a complaint and they don’t answer the Indian lady or lady with the accent is really rude I had my order ready and done then I asked her if they had any special on the chicken sandwiches she deleted the whole order then I had to tell her my order again now she had a attitude and just kept repeating ok ok ok for no reason I ordered a large combo and extra order of fries first she didn’t charge me the extra fries then my meal she charged me small fries and a large drink she almost didn’t give me my drink then when she did it was small I said sorry mam I asked for large she checked my receipt I ordered coke so now she took the drink back and gave me the large but she mixed other drinks in it this is really Unprofessional I use to work in the fast food and I know exactly what she did they gave me the Mac and cheese with all the burned dried up from the left overs I am really upset with my order I spent 34.71 I was here around 7:45-8pm not to mention I asked for hot sauce and ketchup and didn’t even get one packet
