I love church's unfortunately there are none by me. The closest one is this location. Out of all the years I still have not gone. I went to a Cerritos/Norwalk area. This time I happen to be nearby so I stopped by. The chicken was not hot. Tasted old, the biscuit was dry. Okra tasted like it had been sitting out and the ran out of hot sauce. I will never some to this location again.

The chicken and the fries and the jalapeno poppers are Krispy and seem to be much better then a few past months when the oil was dirty and old they have been updating their oil so everything comes out a golden color, very good chicken.
If I could give a zero star I would this employee name Sony however you spell the person name was so rude and disrespectful tried to keep my money ! Then when I asked for their name the staff didn’t want to give it to me till I kept asking . Whoever the owner is needs to see what kind of people they hired or you will keep getting bad reviews! This is a unprofessional pace of work owner should check cameras I will be call the health department so dirty inside .don’t work if you’re going to have a poor attitude.
The crust on the chicken is crunchy ? and the chicken is extra moist. It is the best tasting chicken of the other supposedly chicken restraunts. Churches chicken is the best ?
Hate to hit this place like this, but the night we ordered, there must have been a bad night. This was also a place I used to eat when I lived in LB. It's pretty much a long standing staple in the community. But that night...freak! Yuck!!! Bro it was like the chicken had this burnt flavor and honestly I said to my wife "are these supposed to be blacked or cajan? And she was like no...their grease is burnt and they didn't change it. I was wondering why the clerk seemed so nice. Slick @$$...lol...well I may be back on my next visit to try again. Non hater here. I can understand Church's. Hang in there.
