“I think that was the first chick fil a employee I’ve ever seen NOT smiling” - my husband lol!Every chick fil is different and this location was awfully stingy with their sauces for some odd reason. I included the request for ketchup and bbq sauce with our order. We received 2 bbq sauces for an order of 2 spicy chicken burgers and large fries. No ketchup. So before we drove off, we asked for more ketchup and bbq sauce, the cashier literally gave us 1 pack of ketchup. So we asked for more and she gave us ONE more ?The girl acted like those ketchup packets were coming directly out of her pay.Saving grace was, this location is stingy with their sauces but not their spices. That spicy chicken burger was one of the spiciest and tastiest we’ve had to date. But I think we’ll stick to other locations for the time being until their next major staff turnover.
Loved my Chicken Deluxe meal,even though they put cheese when I said dont add it, Best part is they did Not limit my packets of Ranch ( i use as a condiment on sandwich plus with my fries) Manteca chic fe le is losing my business because of this ,Thank you Chic fe le, Hawaiian Gardens ????
I love Chick-fil-A. However, my experience at this location was not good. I didn't receive what I ordered. There was a meal missing and order not done as requested. After 45 min driving home I found out there was a meal missing and pickle added to the sandwiches. I called the store and spoke to Kayla informed her what happened. She asked for the receipt and I told the transaction number as I was not provided with one. 1. Kayla didn't apologized to the error. 2. Kayla's response was for me to drive back 45 min and pick up another order even after I told her I am an hour away. 3. Or to reclaim my meal in the future within the next 30 day 4. Kayla said no refund.I have seen other reviews with wrong orders for this store so store manager you need to work on this. This has been the worst Chick-fil-A experience by far.
Would’ve been great to get the kids Chik FIL A tonight after their Girl and Boy Scout meetings. We made it just in time ( 9:54 PM, and they close at 10!), but sadly, they had locked the lobby doors about 5 minutes before the posted closing time. So we went home and had cold cereal for dinner. So disappointed in the staff here now. Avoid this location if you’re searching for a quick, late dinner after an outing. Clearly they don’t care about customers, they only care about themselves.
Recently, the grilled chicken even the fried chicken as well, it tastes funny, like the grilled it tastes like the meat has been cooked with some of the skin and the skin tastes raw, you can't even swoll the bite.Either one they are maybe have changed thier chicken sources dut supply chain crisis, or chicken not cleaned and marinated very well due to high demands.
This is my favorite Chick-fil-A! I live right by a different Chick-fil-A but this one is so generous with their rewards and I always have great service whether I dine in, take out, or delivery so it’s worth it to me to drive a bit further!
They lost our order, so 6 people who arrived AFTER our party of 3 were served. They lost one of the sandwiches when we went up to ask for our meals. They might be more by the looong drive-through orders, but they should learn how to be faster and just as focused on the dine ins.
First off I love the food at Chick-fil-A in general. However this was my first visit to this location and I was unimpressed. The entrance was confusing as you have to double back if you drive in from the main road. The fries in my photo were supposedly a large...comon. I requested two types of sauce and recieved one. I asked for the deluxe sandwhich and got it as the plain version. I will give this location a second chance but meh so far.
Long, slow drive through line, be prepared. Overcharged for items not received(more wanted) even though I repeated my order 4 times at the window. Refund experience took 15mins as well as the manager was so rude! Never had a manger demand (with big attitude) drinks back when that was the only thing I wanted and was charged for plus more. Very disappointing, my family will not be returning to this location.
