Plastic in our sub?! I never feel like I need to leave reviews, but this really has been a downer. First time I ate there I enjoyed the pizza. Then I try more and more and end up disappointed. Today I got the pastrami sub and there’s plastic in the sub! $40 for a calzone, large sub and cheesy bread!? The calzone is overcooked on the outside and raw in places on the inside. The last time I ordered there they forgot my salad I ordered, then came out with a dry salad and didn’t even offer me dressing. I had to check and then flag them down again to get dressing. The cheesy bread is so chewy that I can’t even finish it. Super disappointed. Much rather walk across the street to dominos than to attempt this again
Ordered for delivery. Prices were reasonable if you bundled, though, the menu wasn't entirely straightforward and their website is unusable. The pizza was a hot mess of undercooked dough with an excessive use of cornmeal. I know the majority of those quick service pizzerias in Canada use cornmeal, but this is ridiculous. On top of that, they got my order wrong. After paying a premium price for chicken they completely neglected to put it on my pizza. Didn't finish it. Didn't save it. Tossed it in the trash. Never again.
Their service could be better. Someone forgot to order lasagna noodles but they couldn't be bothered to take the meat lasagna off the menu. The remedy was to offer me a 20% credit towards my next purchase, never mind about the meal that I couldn't actually eat. Shame on them.
First and foremost, their pizza is delicious. I would give them 5 stars if it weren’t for their customer service. I called inquiring about a special, and received immediate attitude within the first 30 seconds. I moved past it, and then I was told their prices were raised. It’s cool. It’s normal. No biggie. I let the customer service representative know it’s ok and she continued with her attitude, adding I didn’t let her fully explain. All the while, my boyfriend is in front of me. I asked him to call, and he did. He received top of the line customer service for knowing the customer representative. Received absolutely no attitude or concerns for the same exact order I had just placed. Mind you, I was on hold for nearly 5 minutes while she took his order on the other line while she had me on hold because I asked a question about their specials. Unfortunately, every time I’ve received poor customer service is from the same employee. I work in this industry. Down the street. I would never treat anyone this way. I understand we have regulars, or friends, but no need for the attitude. I’m all about supporting small businesses, because I work for one. But not with this treatment.

Best pizza i've had in along time.. ?
This is hands down the best pizza I have ever tasted. If it was not for the good pizza I would give them 1 star. My reason being is I live too close to the resturaunt to always receive lukewarm pizza. I received hot pizza literally one time out of all the deliveries I have placed with Canadian Pizza Bar & Grill. On top of that, the delivery guys NEVER say thank you for the tip. So the tips have been getting smaller. The person/people who take the order over the phone are always nice and polite, but the delivery people are nonchalant, never say thank you and always deliver lukewarm pizza, even during the summertime. Come to think of it, I might start ordering elsewhere because I hate cold food and poor service. I recommend picking up in person if you can.
First and last time visiting. They took 35 minutes to warm up a slice of pizza with literally one person ordering before me. The grill portion of the restaurant is closed with takeout only.

Great pizza, garlic cheese squares, and wings. Also extremely affordable with great combos!
