decently priced good Italian restaurant.a place you can always rely on to have good food every time, very consistent and ALWAYS FRESH.they also have great garlic bread!!

BUONO'S PIZZERIA is BOMB.COM!!They have really Good food at decent prices!! I've eaten here, and have ordered and picked up!! The parking is average, and the wait at times is CRAZY!! But worth it to wait because ur taste buds and tummy will definitely thanks you!! They have salads to pastas and one of my favs the CALZONE. You can stiff it with as many toppings as you want (about $1.00 extra and .50 for Ranch) which isn't bad at all. Im the type of person that if your ranch isn't GREAT THE I WONT RETURN!! ??thats just me!! (call me a Ranch lover!! ??) over all 5/5 stars for this place!!CONS:The extremely long wait at times (specially during the holidays)Parking is tricky and limited.PROS:Large food portionsAmazing Ranch!!Option to add many toppingsOverall id recommend this place because the food is amazing!!!
Ordered 1 margarita pizza. Our whole party got food poisoning from it.I called to get more information and ask if there were any other cases. They said, “we don’t know anything about that. Maybe if you call back tomorrow…”I said, “why should I call back tomorrow?” She said, “I can’t really hear you.” Then she put me on hold and never came back.I waited 10 mins and hung up to write this review.
I never ate at this location I remember going to buono's in downtown Long Beach on Ocean avenue. That was some years ago and I enjoyeSo I decided to try bonus at this location on Willow just for Old times sake. So the first thing I didn't like is I handed the debit card to the cashier in his hand but when he's finished ringing up the transaction, he puts my card on the table. I think that's disrespectful and maybe next time moving forward I'm not going to give nobody their card in their hand in the morning I'm just going to put on the counter like everybody else does to me. Then when I get my food they don't give me any napkins or utensils like I'm supposed to use my fingers to scoop up the pasta in my hand. After you bag somebody food you supposed to put utensils in and napkins. So I had to go back and ask for one. I don't know if they do this to everybody or just people that look like me ???but I didn't appreciate that. Besides that the food was okay I didn't get a whole lot of shrimp but that's most restaurants I guess I haven't made about six pieces of shrimp in there. I'll be back though I'm going to make sure I put my card on the counter next time ? I don't know if the downtown location is still there but I'm going to try them next time.
I've been coming to Buonos for years and have never been disappointed with the quality of their food (which is why I continue to give them my business). I usually order for take out but I have also dined in at the Willow street location which is good as well. Definitely worth every penny!!
Buonos has been my favorite pizza place for many year. Never had a problem when dinning inn or getting a carry out. The employees in the past have gave great customer service and even when I brought coupons they honor them. Lately the employees that I've seen are lazy with poor customer service I went to eat on a Wednesday and they never came to my table. I had to go to the front and order my food as if I was doing a carry out. They only came to the table once to bring the food and never appeared again to see how we were doing. Then on Saturday I had another incident where I ordered a carry out through the phone and send my husband For pick up. I had a coupon and gave the guy The coupon code and information letting him know I wasn't the one that was going to pick up the pizza. The guy was very rude asking me to bring the coupon if not I wasn't able to get the discount. I am formed him that I had a coupon code and any information needed. He neglected me and give my husband a hard time when he arrived to pick up the pizza not honoring the coupon my husband had to pay.It's very disappointing because we eat there more than twice a week and They can't simply honor a coupon makes me think why they have coupons online and send through mail if they are giving people a hard time when using them.I will definitely not eat there anymore or refer people the customer service was very sickening
Been eating Buono's since back 80's, last couple of pick ups, bad service and couple times wrong order, this last time My wife and I decided to have dinner at the restaurant, first we were seating for 40 minutes no one came to take our order, I went to the counter to ask, the guy said You order here first, I told him nobody said anything to us. He said I'm Sorry to many times, Sorry doesn't fix anything.Second we order appetizers, beer and 2 pizzas, one of the pizza was wrong order. I ask to speak to the manager a young lady, said sorry to many times, she didn't charge me for the second order of beers, I wasn't expecting that, I told her I want to paid, She said no is fine, also She said lately there are to many new people working. We left the second pizza at the table, we couldn't eat it.I have notice all of new faces, my suggestion to the owner is to make sure new hires get a good training.

Some really amazing pie ( pizza ). I moved out of the area 5 years ago, been visiting family here recently. I've eaten here 4 times in the last week. We all have our favorites for sandwiches, especially a Pastrami. Pastrami geeks you owe it to yourselves to try Buonos. I've had my favorites but Buonos is the Pastrami King, ENJOY. ✌
