I was able to get a last minute appointment on a saturday evening which was great but 2 different people did my eyebrow threading and tinting and my threading was uneven and not clean. there was still leftover hairs on one side and after I got tint my eyebrows looked like flat screen tvs omg. they were so dark and boxy. I showed them a photo of myself with perfect brows from the past before I even got started with the service. they seemed very unsure of what they were doing which made me nervous. even though the salon decor & vibe was pretty, I wont be coming back cause my eyebrows are not high quality

This is my second time coming here. The first time was a long wait, about 45 minutes but my eyebrows came out so nice I didn't mind the wait. The second time I didn't have to wait and the customer service was terrible. The lady threaded my eyebrows in 3 minutes and I'm probably over estimating. I wanted to get my eyebrows tinted as well and I asked the second lady what type of color she was using bc the first time I had henna and although it was beautiful it washed off in a few days even with protecting that area. The coloring lady this time wouldn't tell me what she was using on my face, and only kept repeating that she was putting color on my face. She didn't ask me what color or how dark. They were also extremely hesitant about letting me go to the restroom, which is strange bc I was able to freely use their restroom the first time I came to their shop. The only difference I can think of is my first time I visited here my hair was straight and I was dressy, headed out of the country for a wedding. Today I was cramping, had on work out clothes and wore my hair natural in my fro! I do not recommend this salon!Service: Eyebrow threading

Used to go to Ziba regularly before my lady Ranjan moved to this studio. When she's working I will wait for her but even when she's not there this is my go to place now because EVERYONE that works there is skilled. You don't have to peak your head in to see who's working t and they are not rude at all. Highly recommend ???

Got my eyebrows threaded for the first time here while on vacation. Hurt a little bit that was expected! Looked amazing when it was over!!! Also got my legs waxed. I’m a little pain sensitive and the ladies there were so sweet. Great place!!!
