Great staff & Good boba in a good location.The person who took my order was very accommodating.I had to talk to my grandparents on the phone and she was able to adapt and take my order with my points and hand gestures
This place is awesome, Definitely on my top 2 boba places in Long Beach, Beverage wise: I've tried the strawberry matcha, the banana drink they have a long with their strawberry jasmine and it is all very very good. Specially the strawberry jasmine.Pricing is standard to any boba place. I think the large runs up to like $7.The staff is super friendly. No complaints there. I ordered something I ended up not being able to drink and they exchanged it for free without any faces or hesitation and even though i offered to pay again.In regards to parking:: there are 2 huge lots. 1 of which gives u 90 minutes for free near whole foods so you should always find parking even if it's a busy day.Would I return? The drinks were awesome, we got a strawberry matcha and strawberry Fresca. They also came out and asked we we wanted a free chai drink, even asked what milk we preferred. On top, he made us the big cups. AWESOME SERVICE! Great drinks! Thanks for everything, will be back here for sure.
I love boba, and Boba Guys is my favorite. When I lived in the Bay Area we'd drive into SF just to go there. I now live in Seattle and was so excited to find Boba Guys in So. Cal.Today I had Rose Oatmilk with boba, and it was truly heavenly.

Quality boba drinks at a decent price. I can't say that Boba Guys stands out in any particular way as more places pop up with similar ways to customize your boba drinks. The setting is the main thing that sets this location apart.
I like this place! I always order the boba machta milk tea, and I realli enjoy it! The environment is pretty and comfortable. I will definately come back again!

On vacation and had it twice. I've only tried the Jasmine Green Tea, iced, no milk, 50% sweet..too sweet. 25% sweet, not sweet enough. It was eh...the tea was ok but the Tapioca Balls were wonderful. I wanted to try this place because of that alone. Homemade Boba peaked my interest. Other flavor teas might have been better so I would say give this place a try and get the Boba for sure.
