Absolutely loved our evening out at the Boathouse!! The food was incredibly exceptional. The Scallops were seared and cooked to tender perfection, the sea bass was flavorful and delectable, cocktails were perfectly balanced, our server was sweet and attentive, and they brought me a delicious birthday treat at the end of dinner. Highly recommended for date night, celebrations, or just an evening of true gastronomic ecstasy.
My wife and I had another AMAZING time tonight at The Big Bang on the Bay! The staff was phenomenal!! Special shout out to our server Jennifer! She truly exemplifies what authentic hospitality should look like!!

Shout out to Alberto who works so hard bussing tables nonstop and still have a smile on his face all the time. Our server tonight was Chewy and he was the best. We are regulars at the Boathouse, we used to go when Janeen used to work there but she is no longer there and tonight we met Chewy who was busy in his areas but found time to check on us regularly. We are happy to find someone who relates with their customers and all seemed natural with what they do. We had a great time and will definitely go back more often that we used to. Thanks for all that you do. Also, shout out to the owner John, we always see him there and always visible and friendly. We are a fan for sure :)Lorraine
So good it broke my mouth!!! Sushi is very fresh. I thought service was slow until I told the host...then we were catered to! Great place.
This place is super cute… but I think they are understaffed.We waited and hour and 20 min to get a “waterside table” we were put on the farthest table from the water on the patio. By this point we were so hungry it didn’t matter much.We started to enjoy the atmosphere and live music, which was nice. We then ordered some tacos and sushi rolls.The food came out after about another hour wait… which is fine, but the tacos were cold, mushy… and just pretty bad in my opinion. We started on the rolls… but noticed they brought out a California Roll and not the eel roll we had ordered. Only sent it back because I can’t eat shellfish.Waited so long for the new roll, that we decided just to cancel that part of the order.This place is probably nice on a weeknight after making a reservation…but definitely not the place to go on. Saturday night.
Great vibes. Friendly staff. Good food. Live band at night. The perfect way to enjoy a day at the beach.
First time here, this is our kind of place!!! Jose is a thoughtful bartender, we tried the crunchy tuna roll & yellow tail tuna sashimi. Jose recommended the white sangria.

The view and environment is great. The wait time was very long on a Saturday night. Try to get reservations if you can. We enjoyed the live music and drinks. Coconut shrimp and tagliatelle was good. Fish and chips was average. Pretty pricey menu for what you get. Overall enjoyed the meal but not worth the long wait time.
