Have visited this place on various occasions and have always received quality customer service. It's exoensive as hell but oh well lol. I have been allowed to bring my bicycle in each time that I have been here. There is no bicycle rack outside or anywhere near this shopping plaza. Wish that they would place a bicycle rack.
This is not a good review for cake photos this is not what I expected or paid for they even forgot to give me my candles so if you get your cake ice cream make sure they don't do it like this
I took my daughter there for an ice cream date and it was so much fun. Everything was clean, the two girls there were wonderful and full of smiles. Taking the whole family next time. Thank you Baskin-Robbins!

I purchased a $29.99 ice cream cake for a celebration for my daughter. When my daughter, girl friend and I ate the cake it tasted either frost biten or old. For all three of us to completely be disgusted is a testimony to how horrible the taste of the cake was. I called Friday morning and asked to speak with a Manager. My name and number was taken down and was told that I would hear from a manager in a couple of hours. I had my girlfriend call later that night and again there was no manager on site and her name and number was taken down. I called again this morning and was told that the owner would call me. Early afternoon I spoke to the store owner Angela. At first she was rude and said that nobody else called and complained. Then she offered me a $10 credit. I asked if I could get a full refund or exchange for a new cake and she informed me about a piece of paper posted saying no exchanging due to covid. I completely understand, I wasnt trying to exchange the cake due to wrong ice cream choice. I wanted to return the cake to show that it wasn't eaten and get a new cake or refund due to the horrible taste. I called a different baskin Robbins to see if they had the same policy and the gentleman on the phone was more than willing to work with me if I would have bought it from his store. I was informed that each store can/do have different refund/exchange policies. I am just left with a terrible taste in my mouth from the cake and the way the owner handled the situation.

The best ice cream ever!!! I have been coming to this location for over 20 years. The employees know me when I order my ice cream because I always order the pint size and I enjoy every spoonful of it. The employees are very courteous and provide an excellent service. Thank you.
