Employer Dora did a great job
Got a sundae and it was horrible. The ice cream and toppings literally tasted fake and it wasn't even good! Overpriced and my stomach has been hurting ever since.
It's either the training or your employees don't care about online orders.
Came with a few family members to get ice cream. A few in our party, They had group of employees there. Roughly 3.We were next in line and one of the employees assisted us. While doing that she left the first ice cream seating out. Then the other employees started helping other people there while my party was sitting and waiting for our employee do a milkshake. After like 6-7 minutes the first Ice cream is melted and when I asked to get a new one she seemed confused about why. I told her why and it was melted, she then mumbled something like “okay and”. I told her again, I would like a new cup please. And without saying anything she went to go gossip with her coworker then turned and decided to go back and forth with me. I told her it’s melted, why would I want a melted ice cream. She then went to the back and then the other Co worker came up to me, She said “we told her (my cousin) she needed a lid” and I said “the lid wouldn’t help stop it from melting. Putting it in the fridge like you did for everyone else would have”. Then she leaves me. After a few minutes, I ask once again, “can I get a new one please? Or a refund at this point” then she points to the back and mumbles.The two employees then talk to each other and the first girl goes and redoes it.Makes no sense why all of this was so hard? If the ice cream is now basically a liquid and melted, and you can see it- why not just replace it?Then- why help the men first when we arrived there before them? It seemed to us that they ignorantly chose to survive the two party of ONE men before our group when we got there before them. If I could give them 0 stars I would.Horrible customer service, etiquette and plain out childish behavior.
What a ridiculous place. I ordered the Banana Royale and all I got was two small scoops of ice cream that didn’t even fill half the cup vs the photo that showed two large scoops of ice cream that was over the top of cup. When I questioned why is the portion so small compared to the photo she rudely said, "that's just how it comes, napkins?" For $7 this was the biggest waste of money I ever had. Had I known I was going to get cheated, I would have just gone to Vons next store and bought two Ben & Jerry's. I hate that google doesn’t allow to post photos!!

Best ice cream flavors. Was not crowded. No inside eating at this time. Staff, courteous and professional.
OMG! I went in tonight to get a quart of ice cream... the floor was so filthy, the dirt and mess showed obvious lack of being swept and mopped for weeks... I could see behind the broken swinging door to the staff area and it was literally a minefield of globs of congealed ice cream, dirt and filth... the storage units for the open containers had obviously not been cleaned in a long time... this is the only 1 star rating I have ever given, completely disgusting
Never made it in. The internet says thy are open till ten but they close at 9. What a let down. Is it hard to maintain accurate information on google? I'll give them a couple extra starts since normally I enjoy their service. I literally g dressed and came out just for some 31 flavors. Dang
