Dummy(female) at the counter didn't understand or didn't want to understand how to process my simple order.I just walked out.
Stopped at this Baskin Robbins to pick up a couple of gift cards and man it was a hassle. I asked for 3 -25.00 gift cards to the girl who was at the register. She looked confused and towards another girl in the back. the girl from the back said we only accept 25.00 limits on credit and debit cards. I said ok I will do 3 transactions no big deal. She no you will have to use 3 different cards. I said that doesn't make sense. Why do I need to do that. She said that's our policy. Luckily I had exactly enough cash on me to get the gift cards. Did I forget to mention they had the pre-packaged ice cream and ice cream cakes locked up where you can't get them and pick the one you want. I will not be going back to this store as they are truly an inconvenience

Terrible customer service, girl was super rude
Too slow, three guys working, wasn't busy at all, took 30 mins for only 3 people ahead of us. was also rude, better off going to McDonald's and waiting for them to fix the ice cream machine, it would probably be faster.
