Very poor customer service. I was charged for an order online and a shipping label was created but the item was never sent. I have contacted BULK beefy customer service three times in the past month but they failed to respond. No jerky no refund and worst of all no reply. I will not spend $9.99 on 2 oz bulk jerky again. It pains me to give them 1 star.
