Food and music was good but the service sucked! Drinks were watered down, basically was a cup of juice. It was good Juice though lol. Our waiter partied outside with a couple of other tables. She barely came to check on us just to see if we wanted anything else and she seemed very stand-off ish with us. Like she wasn’t interested in helping us decide what was best or her recommendations on what to order or best drinks to get. We have 4 people in our party w/ a reservation for 5 but the 5th person cancelled last minute. They charged us over $50 for gratuity that clearly stated on the receipt party of 6 or more. When asked about it the waitress stated, “oh I thought you had a party over 6.” We asked her to remove it and she said “oh well it’s for COVID”. I honestly only gave 3 stars for the food. Definitely isn’t a place worth the hassle or the amount of money we spent.

We booked a reservation for dine LA got confirmed and the restaurant was closed

We ordered from Dine LA menu. The food was pretty good. It was so loud. People from the race were there. Service was a bit slow. Our waitress was nice.

Service was not great - food came late. Appetizer came same time as food - was still charged.

This restaurant wasn’t even open when we went. I don’t know who’s fault it was but we were super disappointed that we made a reservation and then when we showed up it wasn’t even open.

Our waitress was fantastic and kept on top of everything. Extremely friendly service!

Waitress wasn't on point. I had to tell her when to take our dinner order since our appetizers were almost done. Table wasn't wiped down before dessert. I had to clear the plates to get them off our table. I asked her for dessert menu and she told me the desserts as I was walking to the bathroom instead of presenting this to the 5 people I had at my table. It was my daughters 19 bday I had to ask twice for her to bring dessert with candle. Waited even longer for the check. She never asked if my friend and I even wanted another drink ...(speciality drinks were good) had she asked we would have definitely ordered another....I was just tired with trying to flag her down constantly. We got to see the Flamenco performance from the patio. However, had they opened the patio door it would have been more like we were part of the experience instead of being outsiders. Presentation of food was good but my salmon and others chicken was dry like it had been sitting under the heat lamp. My friend ordered fajitas and when she was almost done with her meal they brought her tortillas and rice and apologized for forgetting. Not sure if they are short staff or just incompetent of waiting tables. Won't be returning.

Was excited to visit, but after sitting unattended for at least 30 minutes and making eye contact with the waitress a couple times and she continued to ignore our table, we decided to leave without being served. Interestingly enough, the waitress was quick to pick up the menus with ease. There she had absolutely no issue rushing over to the table.I don’t see the point in going back and giving it another chance. Poor customer service says a whole lot about a place, so I can only imagine how lack luster the food would have been.

Booked on a Tuesday evening for an important business meeting through the app. Turns out the place isn’t open. What a disaster.
