Food was yummy. Service was a little slow
We were put in a corner though there was room in the main seating area. No mention of our special occasion that was listed in open table. Food was okay but rather expensive and tourist pricing for the quality.
Restaurant was packed, but the hostess seated us in a reasonable amount of time upon arrival even though we were a few minutes late. And really good food.
This restaurant has sadly been affected by the labor shortage. There are not enough staff to support the demands here. The restaurant manager is lovely, but is not able to stem the problems of not enough staff: not enough servers to wait on tables (beware, you may be waiting for a table even if you have a reservation), service is slow⦠there are few if any bussers, which means the restaurant is filthy and unclean. The physical facility is falling apart due to lack of maintenance. I am surprised it hasnât gone out of business.
Service was bad tje waiter had seated us and the totally forgot about us me amd my wife were waiting to get attended and no one came to take our order not even to offer us something to drink i was so excited for this forst time experience going to Acapulco but didnât even get to try anything

Honestly I was very disappointed. Prior to Covid we would dine here and our experience was great. Last night left a lot to be desired. First of all we checked in at about 7:45 for our 8:00 reservation. Asked it we could be seated on the patio. I was told by the manager that depending on what the availability was at 8:00 they would see. 8:17 we still hadnât been called. I went to check and was told by the same manager that the kitchen was backed up so there was a delay in seating. We finally sat down at a very lopsided table on the patio. Our waitress Bree who was doing the best she could was great. Took awhile for our drinks and chips to arrive. When our food was delivered half the table was served and it took about another 20 minutes for the rest of the food to arrive. Again no issues with our server who was doing the best she could . I personally didnât use the restroom but I was told by a person in my party that it was very gross. Clearly the management needs to staff the restaurant better. Most likely wonât return
Arrived at 4:10 for 4:15 outdoor patio reservation. At 4:30 told them we would take 1st available. At 4:45 still not seated and no indication when we would be seated. Had 6pm theatre tickets so decided to leave and get something quicker. Seem very disorganized and my perception reservations not treated any different than a walk up.
Great location and a beautiful summer day. Sat outside, Connie was our server and she was excellent! Very helpful, great smile and good conversation. Sunday Brunch was good, all servers were 100% even during the rush. We will definitely return. Thank you for being awesome Connie!
