Dag nabit, i didnt take photos! This place is amazing. The sashimi, the rolls, appetizers. So wonderfully prepared and combined. I was surprised when a friend recommended a sushi place so far in, in Lodi! After trying for myself, everything is fresh and served with a smile. The wait staff was very attentive. The whole crew helped us at one point or another.A+Update, it's clear that (in March of 22) they are understaffed. Quality is not compromised, speed of service is though. Still 5*

Great place, authentic ramen for sure. But if you want to discuss options and types, dine in. The website has a lot but can be difficult to navigate, and id you call to take out, any ramen is the same no matter the noodles.They do close early, so order early, and when they say an hour, that's a hard hour, occasionally going over; this is ot an indictment of the quality, but actually praise for it: it takes awhile because everything is made to order.There is occasional confusion between the staff foe which order os which and what is going on, but it seems to be a very popular spot doe take out and dine in because of it's authenticity; thus the confusion is well worth it as the are very focused on quality of food. The wine selection is also exceptional with local offerings.

I can't believe this was my first visit to Yume. After all, they are celebrating their 10th anniversary this year. Hands down best vegetable tempura I have ever had. I know it sounds over the top but I'm serious. Chef says hello to all patrons and then thanks them on their way out. Wait staff is pleasant and attentive. If you haven't been to Yumi yet, check it out, you will not be disappointed.
Best sushi in Lodi and the kindest owners and staff. The food is amazing, we've been coming here for over 5 years and it never disappoints.
