I don't know if I just have bad luck but every time I go here I usually have a bad experience. My order is wrong, I would say 40 percent of the time. Either I'm missing something in my order or i receive the wrong item. It's gotten to the point where I just go to fire wings.
Very very disappointing the staff is completely rude, they have no customer service the place is a joke. We ordered 70 dollars worth of food we’re almost home and realized they only gave me half the order. Went back they took the food refused to give it back and then gave me the other half And acted like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. Asked to speak to the manager he was so rude refused to help. Overall super bad experience!
Excellent service today. It's never been bad but today it was worth a mention. We've been here a few times now and every single time the food is good. Very fresh, hot and great tasting. Love their rolls, seasoned fries and lemon pepper wings yum!

This place knows how to make food but doesn’t know anything else. To-go orders don’t come with flatware or knapkins, I’ve had more than one occasion where they forgot my order and I had to ask them about it. They have signs posted that the bathrooms are closed and it’s been like that for months. If you want good food great, but don’t expect literally anything else.
I ordered food and they never gave it to me, they kept me standing there for almost an hour waiting on food that was just sitting on a rack cold. Horrible experience.

No hair nets no gloves doing orders hope I find a hair in my wings so I can complain n get a discount on my next order.
My large family and I decided to come here for lunch. Great choice. Ended up with a 50 piece bone-in family pack. Everything was good and the customer service was really good as well. We will definitely come back.
