The food here has really dropped off in the past year. I've tried calling to talk to the manager with no answer or way to leave a message. Ive written to corporate, with no response. This location constantly forgets at least 1 item at the drive through every time. You ask for easy sauce they give you extra. Or you just get an item you didn't order. The chalupas have like 1 TBSP of meat in them barely enough to cover the bottom of it. Really sad as this use to be a great location.
As a rule of thumb, I rate fast food restaurants to a maximum of 4 stars. Outside of this being a usual Taco Bell (Quick, Cheap, Business-like) there isn't much to say, but I did have one major issue with it.If you visit with someone who doesn't eat meat, or who orders similar food to you but with modifications/customization, you'll have a hard time telling what food yours and theirs is. There has been nothing marked on the wrappers through the drive-thru on a few recent trips, so either you have the weights and measures of the menu memorized, can guess based on size differential, or someone simply has to take a bite and figure out via process of elimination which burrito is which.That's my only real issue here. The drive-thru is fast and the food is made up to the usual Taco Bell standard (for better or worse). It's usually busy, so the issue may not always be present and it is somewhat understandable, but it is an annoyance that may slightly alter your experience.
Chicken wings were cooked too long. Could hardly chew them. When I told them they basically shrugged their shoulders and said they had to cook them that long. I understand a reasonable time for safety issues but hard to chew us too much
Literally, THEE BEST Taco Bell in town! From their outstanding customer service, to the hot and fresh chalupas!! Thanks guys!! Keep up the excellent work!!!

I never expect much as far as being friendly but this crew was super nice. The food was fresh and the order was made quick. Definitely a Taco Bell worth going to.
I don’t get the whole order ahead. If you place in order on an app you expect it to be done by the time you get there. Because I recall order ahead is so you don’t have to wait there, right? Wrong! I ordered a big order and ahead of time. I got there expecting it to be done but it wasn’t. They hadn’t even started it.
I love this Taco Bell. They are always quick, attentive, and on top of things. Definitely better than the Taco Bell on Kettleman
Fresh food-went through the drive through and they had not given me a utensil for my chicken bowl. I was very upset. I ended up going in and just eating in the dining. Good food and clean dining.
After spending all day at the Aftershock music festival and definitely getting a contact high from all the weed being smoked tacos sounded wonderful. Taco Bell you definitely exceeded expectations.
