We were inside the store @ 3.40pm and we were greeted to say they r closed /closing and just use d drive thru. We are already inside the store!!! We told the barista we are ordering to go...and she said they are closed...but we are inside!!! Very very poor/bad customer serivice!!! If there is only a negative star...which the store deserve!!!
I ordered an Iced Americano and received luke warm watered down coffee with no ice. I was really disappointed and decided never purchase from a Starbucks inside of this grocery store from now on. I thought I'd be more efficient since I was shopping, but regret not going through the drive thru of another Starbucks literally across the parking lot.
The employee isn't even there...

While I visiting dozens of Starbucks locations every week and writing reviews on them, providing mostly 5-star assessment, I can determine all other locations which providing services much better than this location. So compare to others, it is the same tea, but without Famous Starbucks Coffee Company Culture and Values.

Closed and says open
This starbucks is actually the best Lodi has to offer. Drinks are always made right and service is exceptional. They treat you like family and care about the customers. I am a regular at this location and to whoever this guy is that has worked there no longer is in that department. If you want great service and good coffee this would be the one to go to. Give them a chance, they are so worth it.
This licensed Starbucks is the worst I've been so far. No acknowledgements, long wait with just one person ...unfriendly and robotic service overall. This is the safeway location.... go across the street for the real Starbucks. Licensed here should be pulled or / and retrained completely! Same employee as the one that is referenced by the previous reviewer.
So the hubby and i wanted drinks before heading home. The cashier Carter was the only one there and seemed a bit stand off when we got to the register. my husband ordered his drink and then i ordered mine, both with extra whip and mine with extra caramel. after i paid he got to work making them, he never gave my husbands any whip liked we ordered and didn't put the extra caramel like i asked on the cup. when i corrected him about it he rolled his eyes and sighed as he pored the drink out to add the caramel on the cup and then refilled the cup with my drink and put very little whip that was flat with lumps in it. after he placed the cups down and walked away. i did not like the drink at all and my husband was upset his drink was barely warm when he asked for it to be hot. i have never had a bad experience at a Starbucks until today. this was very disappointing.
