Employees are always in a hurry. I let barista know the cup she handed me was slit and my drink was leaking throughout my car she grabbed another cup and put the same frappe in it. After asking her to make another I asked for a manger in hopes that it would not happen to another customer instead of apologizing she said we have new people here….Really I guess you have to be trained in order to know the difference from a good cup and a ripped one smh!!!
Longer wait but was short staffed making it understandable loved my cheese danish!?
My drink tasted great. Restrooms were clean. Good customer service.
SB...FIX your LIDS....They have been a hazard for months now...They no longer seal on tightly to the cup and I don't enjoy wearing my coffee.While you are at it buy the lids that have an integrated cover over the sippy part ,so you can seal and unseal at your whim. It's way past time to upgrade.
I’ve stayed in Lodi at the hotel here and every morning this staff has made my day! Friendly, helpful, and happy energy from everyone! I wish I lived here and had this team as my morning ritual.
Mocha was as always great quick in and out service. Way faster than the drive thru.
We were at the Hampton and heading for Yosemite so this Starbucks was perfect. The awesome barista and I got to talking about my Yosemite visit and his recent Joshua Tree visit, then when my coffee was ready he said, "Here ya go. Enjoy your day! Nice to meet you" SUPER nice guy! He actually cheered me up! I didn't think that was possible anymore. And of course the coffee was good like it always is.
It was Starbucks. Same drab interior, kind of dark and gloomy. The beverages were great as always and the staff friendly. But still they have no seating to speak of inside. Get back to serving coffee inside Starbucks. Look around, masks are off put the tables and chairs back.The place seemed clean enough.
I’ve always liked this location. The people are great and super friendly!I understand the business of the holidays but this is not the first time I’ve received my hot drink half full due to poor foam control.
Starbucks is a place to mostly get a drink there are also cake pops to eat that is what Starbucks is about nice clean and good workers
