There was a small error with the order and they were very gracious to correct the problem.
I go to a lot of Starbucks but this Starbucks some of the Battista‘s are awful. I was watching them make drinks one of the Battista‘s stuck her finger in somebody’s drink. Then another one dropped the lid on the floor to somebody’s order and the drive-through picked it up and stuck it on their drink. When the lady was making mind if I was not watching her I’m pretty sure she would’ve use the cup that fell on the floor. She drop three different cups. Then she finally got my order. I was very skeptical about drinking my coffee but since I seen her make it from the beginning I went ahead and drank it.9

The barista Cali or Kelly (female) messed up my simple order 3 times. I asked for a mocha decaf frap with extra whip and caramel on top. She first gave me extra whip on just the bottom of the cup? I’ve never had it made that way and nor did I ask for it. Then she told me “that’s what it usually means when you want extra whip” like okay? I’ve been drinking it for 10 years I didn’t know extra whip on top means on the bottom. Then she remade it and didn’t put extra whip. I PAID for “ask me” twice for the Carmel and whip. So do it right or don’t charge me. I said then she didn’t put extra whip she got angry walked off with the drink and put whip cream on the plastic area with NO straw. I waited 2 mins for a straw then a man came back he also didn’t apologize and took the drink back wiped off the plastic and handed me a drink no extra whip. Disgusting considering I did nothing wrong, only ordered 1 drink & made myself very clear. Don’t get mad at me since you lack customer service skills and bad memory. ??♀️
They are really slow at making drinks. I only wanted one hot drinka and it took them 15 minutes to make it.
Very chilled environment, have been here before and it was a nice place to get some coffee before work. Would visit again soon.
I have several complaints about this location but the last time i went in on Sep 24th in the morning and my drink wasn't made properly. I asked to have it fixed I stood there for 20 minutes and finally left without it being fixed. I paid an extra $1 for extra foam on top and the cup was half empty. The cashier told the baristas and they just looked at me and continued with the new tickets coming out and never acknowledged me again. I was going to be late to work if I continued waiting so I just walked out.

Uncrowded and friendly, and easy to understand even through their masks.
