This location is stuck in a small shopping center, so usually expect a long drive-thru line and people parking along the street to get in and out quickly for in store orders. Generally good and quick moving, the last few times I have had a drink in the drive through there's either chocolate syrup or something else on the bottom of the cup I get (on the outside) when nothing I've ordered has such ingredients in them. There's already enough to worry about day to day, so having to be concerned that I may get chocolate on myself or clothing from residue on the outside of the cup is not something I would like to add to the mess of life when I'm going to meet a client. First impressions matter, and that wouldn't help.Speed is great, but without conscientiousness it hardly matters. Be forewarned and check your drinks.

The Saturday staff is extremely rude. I live around the corner and come everyday during the week. The people are so friendly even though it's crazy busy. I usually don't come on Saturdays and I never will again. Zero people in there and their busy talking. I was treated like an interruption and it was extra insulting because this is my regular spot and I'm used to feeling appriciate. I'm sure my $3.50 a day means nothing to this corporate giant but it does to me and I'll be saving it from now on.

I had a giftcard and i ordered a coffee. When i got to the window i was short a whole dollar and the girl let me have it. How cool is that? Of course i will get her back on payday and pay it forward for someone else!

I haven’t been to a more unpleasant feeling Starbucks ever. I made my purchase of breakfast and coffee for my partner and I. After which, I needed to use the restroom. I have a handicap which usually tends to make the time it takes for me to use the restroom and wash up close to 15 minutes. (I understand this is longer than most people need to use the restroom)This specific Starbucks had two restrooms and at the time I had been the only customer in the store, This is why I felt that the Starbucks employee knocking on the bathroom door four times, as well as announcing that they impose a time limit for the bathroom use to allow all customers to use it. Again, I completely understand if someone was waiting in line and had to use the bathroom with a sense of urgency would be an acceptable time to repeatedly knock on the door and hurry someone out, however when the second bathroom is unoccupied and there is no other customers waiting why would you be so rood to a customer who spends 10-30$ every day?! I definitely will be continuing to visit Starbucks but this one is on the black list for its negative energy and rood employees who should really be taught a lesson of tolerance and acceptance of different types of handicapped people.

Great Starbucks. This location never gets my order wrong and that is the main thing to me, especially when my Frappuccino is $9. YES! I spent $9 on a Frappuccino because I always add 3 shots of espresso.

Do to Covid they won’t let anyone in or even prepay and hand a large container of coffee for a group called the traveler. Required to sit through drive though long line. No flexibility at all. There are ways to safely protect yourself from Covid and still provide a basic level of customer service.

They always do a good job and are very quick even during the crazy busy times!

Great service and fast if you order ahead.

There always super friendly at that Starbucks nicest workers

Drive thru line was out to the street so I parked and my wife went inside for two coffees. Employees were busy making orders that had been placed via their app./ phone or called in. So a person placing order in person in the store had to wait way to long.
