Wonderful little sandwich shop. I came in around supper time and had the smoked brisket sandwich. There is no smoker here (that I saw) so the quality of the brisket is certainly questionable. That being said I thoroughly enjoyed the sandwich. The chip selection was disappointing. I suffered through a bag of Sunchips. The only drink option was a soda fountain , which cost them a star.Brew some Tea! The old fashion way!

The sandwiches, salads, and soups are very good but it gets a lower rate because the service isnt the best and/or quickest.

I was in your store today and I have to say I will not be going in there anymore during the day you have 2 workers that never smile always rude and disrespectful to customers and workers, especially other co-workers both brunettes and one brunette wears glasses. You can tell there’s always tension there and a workplace should be pleasant at all times if the workplace is pleasant and people get along then the work gets done faster and more efficient. And that’s a given at any workplace. I was I was greatly disappointed as I sat and watched how this one Worker especially the brunette with glasses was disrespecting a customer and a worker

The sandwiches here are really good. The French Dip has a great flavor. The bread is fresh, the meat is sliced thin and it is great for dipping in their Au Jus. The Clam Chowder soup was also pretty good. They give you a small piece of sourdough bread to dip in it as well which was really good. The inside has tables for dining and there are a few outside as well. The menu has quite a few choices for sandwiches with different sizes you can order. Overall a great place to try if you're hungry for a cold or hot sandwich.

Just left this place, Love the sandwiches however today there was a young girl behind the food prep area with her mask off eating a sandwich over the food prep counter and over the food that is being used to make the sandwiches. She was trying to hide below the stainless steel lids that are propped open when she seen that I was giving her the stink eye. She then moved to the counter behind her and resumed eating over another prep surface. She never changed her gloves or bothered to wipe anything down. I Was thinking about talking to a manager however all workers were kids and it didn't look like anybody was in charge. My wife wont eat here because of stuff like this. She says it's not run well and now I see what she means. Such a shame, I enjoy these sandwiches but I won't eat here again.

First time trying these sandwiches... delicious! I had the French Dip and it was great. The bread was nicely toasted and the au jus was hot and tasty. I look forward to my next visit.

Clam chowder was great! Not quite equal with the chowder at Splash Cafe in Pismo Beach on an authentic San Luis Sourdough roll, but certainly good. And Splash started making rolls in house, so you can't get the good San Luis Sourdough there anymore either. I'd order the clam chowder here again.

I had the absolute best Pastrami sandwich. I didnt think Id like the slaw, but that's what set it apart from the pack.

Service was horrible , slow and lacked concern. Staff was poorly trained and waited forever for food. Food was okay but again when asked about a knife instead of getting it for you the young boy poured without care.

Such a mixed bag here. I tried them for the first time after all the other shops I usually go to were shut for Saturday evening. Saw a BBQ sandwich which as a Texan I sometimes miss and don’t really see out here. Ordered it just to see how it was. I enjoyed it immensely and was excited to find a new good location to eat.Went back just a day later and got a different sandwich and it was literally drowned in mustard. I put mustard on my Brats, burgers, dogs, and most sandwiches, I like mustard. However you can drown a sandwich with it. Seems like a good place to go just double check and make sure you order something without mustard and you should be golden.
