The food was great and the service has improved a lot
Excellent customer service.. but way over priced and not very tasty. Spicy chicken not spicy and nothing exciting to eat. Again, employees excellent service, offering to replace chicken and giving new fresh chicken to make us happy. Just the price and quality is not up to other places.
I had come here yesterday and when I pulled up at the drive thru window, the guy tried to give me the wrong drink and I had to correct him, when I asked for sauces he used his FEET to open and close the doors, and when I got home I opened my food to find the drastically wrong thing. I ordered 5 tenders, got 3 wings. Promptly after eating, I became violently ill and I am still bedridden. I am unable to eat, or drink. And I know that it was from this location because that is the only food I had eaten in the last 24 prior hours. Don't go here.
Great food, but DO NOT use the drive thru if you can avoid it.
Decent lunch, reasonably priced. Chicken pieces were smaller than other similar restaurants. Chicken strips were pretty good sized in comparison to chicken leg pieces. Amazing biscuits, and hot apple pie are super good.
Was ignored for a total of 4 minutes with 1 car in the drive through and no body in the store with me. 3 people looked me in the eye and walked away without saying a word. 2 employees without mask and one scrubbing the dirt from the ceiling into the food below. Would not eat here!
Ordered at 5pm waited for them to get it ready by 6pm!! the worker packing the order seemed annoyed and she didn’t have a mask, a hat, gloves, and her hair was down as well. I between packing orders she kept cleaning her sweat with her bare hands while continuing to pack orders without washing her hands! I was absolutely disgusted and plan on never going there again!
Kinda knew what I was getting into when lobby was block and had signs all over stating it was closed. They are Short staff like many establishments. This young gal was still courteous and friendly and kinda feel bad for them. We all know who to blame for this!

Not a place to go... i was gonna go to drive Tru but it was pack... so I went inside and all I see is people trying not to work. One lady in red hair was on her phone in the back when drive Tru is pack to the entrance... and by the way phone got the most germ you can think off because people take it to the bathroom
