I really enjoy this location out of the many different Hawaiian. Bbq places in the area. I always find the mini meals to be a great wvalue but for larger appetite the full meals are satisfying. My one complaint is the teriyaki beef is a bit salty but hard to fault anything else
I ordered but had my card declined. I stepped out of line ( no one was there.) Took maybe a minute to fix my account but that was the last I was to be helped here. The cashier took a phone call and would not take my order. The manager who I'm assuming was manager due to her being the only employee dealing with food without a mask or gloves came to help the girl twice never actually completing the issue and walking away. I really wanted to try this place but being on a 30 minute lunch and ignored is not worth my money
Overall a good place to eat but I will say the last time we went it was obviously rushed. My husband got sick for a whole week from it but I didn’t. We’ve been there multiple times when it’s about 30 minutes from close and this has only happened once, they sometimes give you a bit of attitude when you order but it also closes at 9 so in my opinion that’s a little early . I would say if it’s that big of a deal to order 30 minutes from close you should stop taking orders a little earlier.
Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the chicken quality it was undercooked and looked bad in the inside I stopped eating at that point. I’m not sure if they changed their supplier for meat but it was the first time in two years eating there and it has changed big time.
Food and service was amazing every time I'd dine in or take out. My favorite is the BBQ mix plate, and a side of Spam musubi. I also love their macaroni salad and the fact that each plate comes with a good amount of veggies/cabbage. We will definitely come back.
Sometimes it can be a challenge to order, but every time I have the seafood It comes out fresh and satisfying. I ask for chopsticks even when its not necessary lol. Shout out to #AsianAmericanPacificIsladerHerritageMonth
Good food but for take out order ahead if not you will be waiting 15-20 minutes for your order..

Ordered the Island Fire Chicken meal here at Ono Hawaiian BBQ. Tasted great. This meal also included rice and macaroni salad, with some vegetables under the island fire chicken. Didn’t take here very long to order or receive my food.
Dined here just around the holidays. Staff are kind, above typical food chains of this caliber. Destiny put on a great show, nearly dropping a Karen. First time there and definitely not my last! Food was great too!
