Excellent chicken! The sides, especially the Mac and cheese were really good too. If I could have bought a quart of the ranch to take home, I would have. A bit of sticker shock initially at the prices but the portions are generous and we all left full with leftovers. Staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. Indoor/outdoor dining available. Highly recommend!
I was working in the area so I decided to stop here for lunch on a weekday afternoon. The place wasn't too busy.I decided to get the waffle sandwich. I have never seen a combination of ingredients like this so I had to try it. Sandwich with Waffle Crust, Chicken Tender, Mac N' Cheese, Coleslaw, Pickles, and Special SauceThe food came out quick and fresh with maple syrup and an extra side of sauce. I got it extra hot. Extra hot was the perfect amount of spiciness. The mac and cheese was really good. The coleslaw was really good and their special sauce that they use tasted excellent (better than Raising Cane's). The chicken was also great!If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely be back
The staff is rude and they can’t get an order right. And when you call them they never pick up and when they do they hang up on you. Terrible service
Stopped in here for the first time before going to the movies. The food was excellent! I had the slider and regular fries. The food is made after you order so it is hot when you get it. The sandwich had a great balance to it with the spice from the chicken, the crunch of the creamy coleslaw, and the crunch of the pickles. The fries are crinkle cut fries. They came.out hot with just the right amount of salt and crunch. I will definitely be back to explore more of the menu.
Great place if you want deep-fried hair in your food ! ??A little tip to prevent this maybe actually have your employees wear hairnets, and use a lint roller before clocking in.Owner was nice but didn’t not seem very concerned. I can’t imagine how many other people ate chicken out of the same vat that this hair was cooked in ?
If you like chicken, here's a good place to go - you can get it regular or spicy (mild to really hot) with fries, or white bread, and even waffles - plus more.
We stop to have dinner before the parade. Very busy but staff was awesome, food was great and didn't take as long as they said!
Very rude staff and no management. I have seen them violate many health code violations. I contacted the health department. I would not recommend eating here.
Okay not the best but not the worst . I would not go back because the employees wasn’t wearing mask, the sanitizer didn’t work , the food was cold and the seasoning on the chicken tasted like it had wayyy to much paprika … also there websites and menu looks like angry chickz … kinda odd.
I usually love eating here. It’s one of my husbands favorite places. Today though… The fries were cold. Not warm. Cold. And stale. They tasted like they were old left over fries that had been sitting out for AWHILE. I called the store and let them know and since I ordered on DoorDash they tried to say it might have been because of the driver taking too long to get to me. My driver was on time and I live less than 5min away. (I didn’t go myself because my kid is sick) The girl who was on the phone with me seemed slightly on the annoyed side. I got my money back through DoorDash, but I will be hesitant to order from Nash&Tender again if they can’t even apologize for their mistakes. I can say she offered to give my free fries, but if I could go pick them up I wouldn’t have ordered from DoorDash. She didn’t seem very open to the idea that their cooks may have made a mistake unfortunately.
