This location sucks. The orders always have something wrong or missing and the staff is just straight up rude.Also check out that curb in the disaster of a parking lot. It's black from all the rubber skids and I've literally been ran into that corner by one of the many mini vans that ram their way down the center of the road.I'm not sure if it's a Lodi thing or a mcdonalds thing.The place is a cesspool.
Went to McDonald's on 2/8/2022. Thought I would try new crispy chicken sandwich. $10 for the medium meal and got a dried up piece of chicken in a dry bun. No sauce, nothing. Won't be going there anymore.
There good for some quick eats. But check your food before you drive off. Ordered a small fry and got 12 fries literally.
And overall the food is about 90% of the time fresh but these last three different times have not had the world's greatest experience been missing stuff
We were told to move to the second window for pick up. We waited for 7 minutes, then someone open the window I push our food out without saying anything. Not even hello, or thanks for waiting, just push the food out n closed the window & left. Very rude in my opinion. B

I've been here twice and it's always the same thing. The employees working the drive thru and if ignoring the customers inside due to the electronic order machine. I personally don't like the machine and judging from the attitude of the employees I doubt it's cleaned often. When I leave with my food I inform all the people waiting their purposely ignoring them for the machine and both times it's helped get the person waiting attention. If you're gonna go here use the drive thru and if your a trucker like me just find another spot. This spots for online ordering and drive thru only.
I did not like the way the food taste it was dry the food was really cool the fries were not hot.
Waited 21 min for a Qtr pound w/ cheese meal & McRiblet meal in the drive thru!!! After paying for my order I pulled up to the pick up window where they handed me my drinks & asked me to pull up (to 3rd window) & when my food was ready they would bring it to that window....apparently they forgot about me until my husband got out of our vehicle & walked back to pick up window @ drive thru ?.
Bunch of idiots work there that can't get a simple order right less alone care. Never eating there with my crew ever again... Poor management!!!!
