At noon time, this location had 6 cars parked waiting for food that was ordered in the drive thru. Food was cold, we waited 20 minutes after being assured it would only take 3 minutes tops. Other cars waited for food longer than us and a couple people had to go inside to argue for their food. All other cars were given their bags at the same time, probably with cold food as well since they piled up the orders to take them outside at once. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION.
This location has to many young employees at it because they’re to busy trying to be cool instead of paying attention to the drive through. People shouldn’t spend 6 minutes sitting in drive through before someone comes on the speaker and at that keep being skipped over by workers inside. I will not be back to this location because this is definitely not the first second or third time this is happened and I will probably escalate this past store management and late higher-ups know how this location is being ran by their management.
What a horrible place. Waited for our food forever. Short staff( which I understand) hard everywhere. Messed up on order 3x and still got everything wrong . Won't go back. While I was inside waiting, 3 people from drive-thru came in with wrong meals, and shorted food
The service was nice. But the food was sloppy and greasy !! They were NOT BUSY so no excuses for the sloppy burgers. They looked slapped together, trying to eat all falling apart. Yuck!! I have eaten here before and it was good, the food didn't even taste like MC DONALDS, we went through the drive through and the ladies at window gave good service, so it seems to be a hit or miss with these guys, but I don't think I will stop there again. $ 35.00 for 2 is also too much to pay. 2 big Mac meals and 2 extra cheese burgers !! Other fast food burger places you would get alot more for your money.
It was McDonald’s. I would never go to McDonald’s for any reason, first I’ve never been a fast food guy, but the Diet Coke is the best Diet Coke I’ve ever had. It doesn’t matter if I get one in California or Miami Florida their diet Cokes taste the same. The only issue is you never know what type of soda you’re going to get, it’s a crapshoot when you order a soda it may come as some other product and you’ll have to give them the order again. Obviously they don’t adhere to the same stringent hiring guidelines as In-N-Out Burger.
Went through the drive thru yesterday afternoon around 3. Super fast service, fresh and hot burgers (ordered the McDouble and hot and spicy mcchicken, and a large coke) soda didn’t have any carbonation and they forgot to give me a straw, but otherwise awesome!
My boyfriend ordered a quarter pounder w/ cheese meal a couple of nights ago. The burger was barely cooked! So disgusting. Inside was barely warm, and only the outer edge of the patty was brown.So double-check your burgers to make sure they are cooked before you leave the parking lot!
I always have a good time know how the food is going to taste and I've never been let down the only time was when they changed the tartar sauce on the Filet-O-Fish years ago but they brought it back as I stopped eating them I always look forward to and I'm never disappointed unless they really messed my order up with burnt food or etc.
Very disappointed with the service at this location. While we sat and ate our lunch, there were no less than 6 people who came up to the register to order and at least 3 employees walked by them multiple times each and refused to acknowledge them or make eye contact with them, and didn't even ask the person working the register to come take the orders. Each person must have waited anywhere from 2 minutes to almost 5 minutes to place their order. If you're going to make it such a big deal to pay the employees a higher wage, you would think the customer service would also be expected to reflect those wages.
Me and my mom and a friend went there, and there was nobody to rake our order. So after waiting for about 10 minutes we ordered on the online thing inside. After that we had to wait another 20-30 minutes for our food. And there were only like 4 things. They forgot out sauce, the simplest thing. The food was cold and hard. Hated it.
