My long-time friend and I went to the movie theatre and saw a super suspenseful film on May 31, 2022. That was last Tuesday, when films are discounted cheaper kind of like "Taco Tuesdays". I walked into the theatre at 6:45 for a showing at 7:15 working up an appetite for after the show.So by 9:00/9:15 p.m. my guy friend and I drove over to McDonald's hoping to grab a quick drive-thru pickup meal.My friend ordered on the app.--- we had aggreed to go "Dutch" and pay our own ways. I was driving and he in the passenger seat. Needless to say, everything went fine during the drive-thru experience. But, by the time my acquaintance ate his food and I was getting to mine, it was late and he fell asleep yet, my Mc Double was dry and stale and gross and tasted like a three day old burger. I had ordered the hot and spicy chicken and McDouble for $4.31 after any tax.And to make a long story short, the next day after prepping for the day and a small amount of my work; it was nearly 3:00/1500 p.m. when I went back to the fast food restaurant ---returning to ask for a refund for an old flavorless, less than fresh dry burger. The woman who I suppose was a manager of some sort said, "I'm not gonna give you any money back because you didn't bring 'nothing' back to show me it wasn't good!"I HAD brought about 3 to 4 stale bites of an unsatisfactory "food item" in the wrapper. She was rude, and uneducated, and unprofessional and inappropriate.Below, you will find a photo of my EXCELLENT MEAL'S receipt from another store in a county where I frequent. It was delicious, fresh, and appropriate. (I had thrown my receipt and gross packaging away out of disgust on Wednesday June 1st!)

I have been to the McDonald's on Kettleman, but they just do not compare to the one on Lodi Ave. The food is much fresher. I started frequenting the Lodi store after several problems with Kettleman Ln. McDonald's. I found the fries stale, old and cold. Also my rm. Mate and myself needed help with their online system at Kettleman Ln. Store when ordering and found the worker's and even management to be unwilling to help . The staff at Lodi store was quite kind and helpful and the Mngr. Had absolutely no problem helping us maneuver the online ordering and rewards. It was quite refreshing to find a informed, friendly staff! Much appreciated ? thanks for your help!

I just got in to buy one soda..nobody was taking order it was no busy day...l was listen employs talking inside...we were there waiting and finally a woman come and other customer was there he got wrong order in his car...all this took 20 minute .20 minute to get a soda..in not busy day..and also when we made order in the car...they asked how you would like your coffee?..but they don't put the cream and sugar that peoples was asking...I'm regular customer and this happens very often ?.

Dont mean to sound like a karen but everything about this mcdonalds is straight up GARBAGE! from always handing out STALE fries and nuggets to always and I mean always FORGETTING items on Doordash and their solution is legit "oh just get a refund" how about you just do your freaking job!?! The customer service was horrible! I called and asked if they ran out of nuggest, coffee, and pies cause I was missing all that just now and all his respons was "we have a lot of Doordashes and were busy" um okay? What does that have to do with half of my order missing? I work in fast food I know it's tough but come on dude really!?! And last but not least the way they bag their items, just throw it in a bag having my fries and nuggets all over the place and never having freaking straws and napkins. Please do better cause this is annoying! Doordash needs to also include the mcdonalds by Walmart cause that one is way better.

Drive through not ideal for big vehicles

One of the original style McDonald's. Touch screen or counter ordering. Friendly staff. Small dining room.

My Granddaughter idea of the best day ever is enjoying a Happy Meal and collecting all McDonald's Surprise Toy. Due to COVID take out was the only option for us.

You already know this is the worst McDonald’s in Lodi. Every time I go to this location I get disappointed. Including today when they shorted me two items. I don’t know who the manager is but they are definitely not managing right. But also this is a McDonald’s, you get what you pay for.

As a rule of thumb, I rate fast food at a maximum of 4 stars. This McDonald's gets all 4 of those stars easily. It's usually quite quick, and not in the way where your food is suspiciously luke warm. This location seems to be less busy than the one out by Wallyworld, but I can't be certain so don't take that as fact. What I do know, is their ice cream machine is almost always working. For the uninitiated, or the people who aren't weird foodies, there is a website that will tell you if the ice cream machine is up and working, and when that information was last reported. That website is mcbroken.com and it will save you many late night trips when you're, uh, jonesing for something to make that special hunger not really go away, but ignorable for a fleeting moment.Further, if you are unaware, the ice cream machine at McDonald's is a ubiquitous model made by a company that makes ice cream machines for other fast food chains. The difference here is these machines can only be "repaired" is by a company qualified reapirman. The repair is usually simply resetting some stuff and happens because of a temperature issue during the machine's self-cleaning cycle. If you're wondering, 'would a company design a sorta-defective machine just so they could make more money on the back end?' The answer is yes. If you're also wondering, 'why would McDonald's do that?' The answer is they had (if I recall correctly) a financial stake in said ice cream machine making company. Again, I could be wrong, so don't take my words as fact or anything admissible in court, but there's a youtube documentary or two on the subject, and maybe some leaked document hinting at what I said. But do take my words seriously in this sense: the workers don't have control over such issues so yelling at someone on the store level of a fast food chain is not the flex you ever imagine it could be.

Fast drive through service. Good fountain flavor on soft drinks.
