Horrible service. I was a walk-in and asked to order a couple classic pepperoni pizzas and some crazy bread. The time was 1:45 pm. She had to ask the manager if they had any crazy bread. They didn’t. I waited for the 35 minutes and went to pay with cash and she said they didn’t have any change! I guess it was I really don’t care Thursday!
I had set an order online for pick up at 2:45pm I get there and ask for the order and they haven’t even started on it ! I had to wait till about 3:30 so an extra hour just for my order to not be ready which is quit ridiculous!
On 1/28/22 my husband and I ordered 1 deep dish, 1 combo and 1 crazy bread. All 3 items were delivered RAW! So we drove to the store where the girl at the counter promised a refund after she tried to tell us we could pick up new pizzas TOMORROW!? And now we are 13 days beyond the insane 10 days she quoted for a $60 refund and still NO REFUND! We vowed to never eat here again and I will get my money back no matter how hard they try to avoid it.

Every time I visit This place is always short staffed. I went today Saturday 01/29/2022 a little before 3pm. Screens off girl says it’s going to be a 35 minute wait . I asked why? She said because we are short staffed. Every time I happens to want some little Caesars this place happens to be short staffed. The customer service is also terrible. No smiles no greetings. Needs new management.
I really love this location and store .Staff has always been professional ,fast and friendly. The store is also clean and is always so easy to order and pick up from .
Unlike the kettleman store, this girl cares.Entire different experience. Well worth the extra 2 mile drive

Matt Fowler below has bigger problems than pizza lol, this place is good I recommend it, and good job to the employee who enforced the rules, if every clown was allowed into this establishment without wearing a mask it would defeat the purpose.
