I went to the drive-through and I purchased one number one meal which is two piece of chicken and a side and bread and I added an extra coleslaw small and I ordered a three piece chicken tender meal I live literally four minutes away from Kentucky fried on cattlemen Lane Lodi my food was absolutely cold I will trade for a half an hour calling on the phone and all I get is a busy signal I call the office and the restaurant in Stockton answer I am a business owner also in the food industry and for spending $20 for two little mills and what we got was probably worth $10 worth of and then to get home and your food is cold. Is ridiculous and then also to top it off and nobody answers your phones at this establishment or somebody sitting on the phone chatting because it was amazing when I called Stockton to answer the phone right away Laura‘s phones been on busy for over a half an hour my order number isTicket number is 1818 and it was at 8:13 PM and I’ve tried for half an hour to 45 minutes to get through to this Lodi branch and nobody will answer it’s a busy signal

Didn't give me half of the items. Went back to get the rest with my receipt in hand. I called from the parking lot and the manager hung up on me after he put me on hold. Called again and different person answered. I could hear the manger say, " just give him what he wants". As if it was an inconvenience. I waited 50 minutes in the parking lot. Talked to an employee who apologized and said they had made many mistakes that day so everything was delayed. I went to the drive thru to get a refund. Almost an hour waiting and the people at the window weren't even aware of my situation. There was another gentleman waiting in the parking lot even longer than me! Manager does not do his job correctly.
DO NOT COME HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! I’ll make this quick but trust me the 2 stars this place has is an over statement. We ordered, 16 PIECE 4 sides(no thighs), we looked in the bag and we are missing gray, I get out of my car and go knock on the door to get my gravy. I get home and I get a TEN PIECE only wings and breast. I have a child who ONLY eats legs and I specially said that at the window. MANAGERS CHECK YOUR CAMERAS DO IT REALLY ITS August 25th I came in between 7-730 TELL ME IM LYING! Can your employees not count!? What a joke! We call on the phone and we get no sorry, nothing to make up for my time and gas now that I have to drive back from across town. I’m also posting on all my social media outlets and google. A $50+ order, you lost a big time regular customer and maybe more once I speak about this ROBBERY of time and money to my local community.
Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich thru the mobile app and got a non spicy, then went back to change them out and was again given a regular again instead of what I asked for.
I mean if you like deep fried greasy greasy food then you like KFC.
It would be better if they weren't so tight with the gravy on the mash potato. What is up with the dash of gravy?
Extremely rude asked for sauce and the lady literally yelled out no and i said she didn’t have to be rude about it and when i asked for napkins she pretty much threw it at us. Overall never going back there again.
Got sick from eating here. Do not recommend
