This company motto is freaky fast. Not!!!! Just left there after ordering three sandwiches from the drive-thru. Waited at the drive thru window for over five minutes and a total of 30 minutes in the drive thru. While the worker ran back and forth talking on the phone. While my food sat at the window waiting for me to pay. After she was done talking on the phone she just stood up front talking to other employees. Finally someone else came up to give me my food. Spoke with the manager who said that's common practice and did care that he wasted my time and the time of everyone else in the drive thru. I will not be going back and advise everyone else to avoid.
I love this place! They have a drive through! It tastes better than Subway and the summer wraps are delicious! I never had any problem with the food as well!
I would throw this sandwich away if I didn't need to eat something. 25 dollars for a veggie sandwich on sliced wheat bread and a bag of chips on doordash. Every picture shows a roll, why did I receive sliced wheat bread, and why does that sandwich still cost 12 dollars?
Freaky Slow!!! At Jimmy Johns Lodi, CAUsed to love Jimmy Johns when I was in school in Illinois, they were fresh, FAST, and on point, but here in Lodi Ca they are just slow and don't care about what the brand is trying to do, the niche they are trying to have in the market, which is too bad because then its just another sandwich, and there's plenty of options for sandwiches in lodi like Fiores Deli (community staple)
This crew was great. I barely had time to get a drink and napkins and boom my order was ready! A+! An ideal place for lunch when you only have a half hour.
This is the best sandwich shop within 50 miles. We order the unwich ... no bread ... absolutely the best ever. Add the jimmi John peppers. Amazing.
Absolutely terrible service and poorly made sandwiches. We frequent Jimmy John's frequently in our home town and have never had these issues. They were unable to add mayonnaise or mustard to sandwiches....unheard of at a sandwich shop. Furthermore we were charged extra for the kicken ranch which our home town store adds for free. The manager or claimed manager Jaimie was no help what so ever and based on her interactions with fellow co workers she may be the problem. I would avoid this store until they address their management problems.
The owner of this location which is also the owner of another Jimmy John's is completely neglecting to follow the department of health protocols when it comes to his employees having covid19 symptoms as well as a positive covid19 test!! Still wants them to work or belittles them for being exposed to the virus during the holidays... Can't even wrap my brain around the fact that he thinks it's perfectly fine for them to be handling ur food! ?
The kids working here couldn’t make a sandwich to save there life.I ordered the beach club it’s supposed to have avocado spread. Got home meet at only half the sandwich. And no avocado spread. Went back had to make it again got home and this one too had no avocado spread. I will never go back. I have not had a good experience there yet.
Sandwich was decent, but not worth $11.52 for the “Little John” combo, which is a small sandwich with cheese (they charged 1.59 for a slice of cheese but didn’t mention it cost extra when offering it) chips or cookie, and a soda. The cookie was super dry and stale like it had been sitting on a shelf for months. It was my first time at the restaurant and will probably be my last.
