I ordered a breakfast combo, meat lovers burrito with hash browns and an orange juice...... no one else in line at the drive thru..... I got a bag with a burger and fries in it, and had to ask for the OJ, which he handed me. You'd think thered be some checking of the food and order, at least at the point of a customer saying there's a drink, but not today. The fries weren't terrible, so here's an extra star, Jack.
Guy at window 4/9 9:10pm was rude for no reason, in a rush even though they have literally like only two cars at any given time, i mean in n out has 25-30 cars and they manage. They wont answer their phone. And seriously if you want jalapeños all jack in the boxes suck, none actually give jalapeños on anything that is supposed to come with them.
Literagave all their tac9s to one guy and made me wait 30 mins in line after finding out through the drive through. Do yourself a favor do not eat here so i can get some food. You think it be smart to limit the number of tacos you can get.
Ordered drive thru during the after hours. Didn't receive all of my order and was told by a woman in the dining lobby that I had to walk through the exit side of the drive thru to tell them at the window. Did as she instructed and was yelled at by the drive through workers saying it's a safety hazard and I had to wait back in the drive through line again. (Mind you another employee told me to get my order fixed I had to walk up to the window) after waiting in line another 10 minutes I was told at the window that I never ordered the items they forgot to give me, and the guy even said "I'll reprint your order if you don't believe me" after trying to explain that I wanted the other item in my order and that I'd pay again, a woman came from behind him and started shouting that I was wrong and she took my order. At this point I had 2 employees arguing towards me with one of them shouting. After getting upset and trying to explain I just wanted the rest of my order, the man working the drive thru told me to stop being so "over dramatic" and kept cutting me off with that everytime I tried to speak. I was then told they would not be serving me any further. Never have I ever been so poorly treated and talked to by fast food workers. Especially over trying to get my order straight. Couldn't even get the name of the man working the drive thru as he had no name badge and was just wearing a hoodie with no uniform, unlike the rest of the people working. Considering letting corporate know about this location and how they talk to paying customers.
I ordered on DoorDash. What they delivered, i wouldn’t feed to a dog. Let alone consume it. The audacity!!!!! Got a refund from DoorDash but my night has been ruined.
Ordered inside, that ausome drink machine was out of order. I was so disapointed!!! Food was great .
One of the better fast goods I've had in a while. Love their cluck chicken deal and their butter burgers are amazing! Muchhhhhh better than McDonald's, bk, in and out,white castle, etc....the quality is much better!
Barely had any food available and they always mess up my order it’s happened enough times they deserve all the hate
Horrible experience here,I went to jack because I was very hungry late night, I wanted the chicken club sandwich,they told me they had no chicken then I ordered 2 plan burgers, I meant no cheese and they gave me to plan burgers no ketchup or nothing, so I took them back,when I went back the girl said that she couldn't fix my oder because of covid that I had to return the burgers and order new ones witch mad no sense If you are still taking my burgers back why can you just fix them, so I told them to just give my money back,If there so scared of covid why even be open and a few times I went before that they were always out of what I wanted to oder never going to jack in my life again.
The steak burger is awesome!
