The coffee is great but the lines take forever, and the front isn't open for questions or service
The qaulity of the beverages has been sub par every time I've went. The flavor profile reminds me of McDonald's.
They make me question my life choices everytime I go here before work lol always so happy relaxed friendly its incredibly refreshing to experience before walking into work. Thank you
The batista are not as helpful or knowledgeable as Starbucks. I don't really like to compare them but whenever you go there you might say "what is good".... they will speak to you about different items & you can then make a decision & not get burned out on the same drink...
I got the Picture Perfect Dutch Freeze (Medium). Good size, tasty, just right for a hot afternoon. Tastes just as appetizing as it looks. Drive-thru didn’t take very long and had good customer service.
The new hours have become very inconvenient considering a lot of us who work at 5am or put in between a rock and a hard place when it comes to getting a much needed coffee and being late to work, or skipping the coffee and being on time at 5am. Would be much more convenient if these new hours accommodated that and was at 4am or even 4:30am.
This location is consistent with both their products and their employees' customer service. Everyone is very nice and friendly!
