Everything was great here! Staff were very friendly and patient. Ice cream was delicious ? For a Saturday it was busy as usual but staff were working hard to get through the lineand still provided great customer service. Thanks! We’ll be back!
After brunch in Lodi and some shopping we stopped in the Cold Stone Creamery ice cream shop. The ice cream is very creamy and you can add on toppings. Only complaint is that I wanted HOT fudge on my and received cold hot fudge. Not the same. Bathrooms were semi clean and NO tissue available! The young man that served us was professional and polite.
Ordered 2 Love it's off of uber eats so both should have been medium sized an 1 dipped cone. Received 1 medium ( love it) and 1 small ( like it) and no dipped cone. Yes the girl told me I could come get it but I've paid a whole delivery fee and whatever else fee to have it delivered bc I'm a truck driver.
I don’t think they know how to take online orders

Don't expect your carry out order to he filled on time. I was waiting outside in my car with the AC on because I had dogs in the car. My order was 25 minutes late.
We took our 7 year old there for his birthday. The staff was wonderful and supportive and even sang him Happy Birthday! The service was quick and efficient and of course the ice cream was great!
Was there on 5/15 around 6:30 pm. Young male and female working. The young male was helping a couple, that was not wearing a mask, with no problem. Then, a Hispanic young boy came in without a mask, and the same male worker that helped the white couple, told the hispanic boy he had to leave for “not wearing a mask”. That’s BS! I didn’t mind that the older white couple didn’t have a mask, what irritated me is the different treatment the male worker had towards the kid. Not ever going back to that location!!!
Cold Stone Creamery has some of the best ice cream. As an ice cream fanatic, Cold Stone is one of my favorite spots to soothe the craving, especially after a long soccer game. With seasonal flavors and plenty of mix ins, there is always something new to try making it a great spot all year long.
