We met up with our family to enjoy a dinner with them. The service and the food were both great.
fajitas veggies overcooked. To the point of being overcharged! Better to leave garnish over beans.Like they were yrs ago. Beans needed to be stirred before being plated. Condiments were sitting to long on plate! If? I would not order again! ? ? If I ever return again!
The service and food was wonderful. We really enjoyed it, even though it appeared that they maybe short staffed during our visit...still I would highly recommend it...it was worth the wait.Our visit today was excellent ?. We got a table for 4 as soon as we walked in and our orders were taken immediately, and food served promptly.
Baby back ribs weren't cooked thoroughly. They were boiled, put on the grill for a flash & I don't know what the sauce was. The bbq sauce tasted like ketchup. My granddaughter Mac and cheese was basically Kraft Mac and cheese, but with hair in it!
The bathrooms were so nasty ! The changing table had dirty shoe prints on it and was so nasty that I had to wipe it down before I layed my baby down to be changed! There was water leaking out of the kitchen to the floor where people walked in and out of bathrooms no caution signs up and nothing be done to get water up until I went to management saying my son almost just fell beciase yiu uave water everywhere nothing saying wet floor he would have feel if I wasn't holding his hand ! When I did talk to management ( a male ) he was very rude and qalled away from me as I was still talking . I will be calling and getting ahold of General management beciase this was beyond ridiculous! I work in the restaurant industry and I get we are all short staffed but where I work is not horrible like this chili's in lodi was !
I love chilis, but my food came out cold and when taken back it seemed as though it was stuck in the microwave and when mentioned we over heard the cook tell the other guy why did you put it in the microwave. When my chicken salad came back out not only was it dry but it had hot spots. I also ordered a strawberry lemonade that didn't have any flavor. I left paying a 40 bill and an empty stomach. I was very disappointed and still hungry.
Vary poor customer service. I had a mobile order. I got to the restaurant when the app advised which was 30 minutes from ordering got to the restaurant and had to wait more, the total wait time was an hour. And the lady at the counter was giving me a rude attitude was not acknowledging me when asking a quick question and was giving me rude responses. I understand that food may not be ready when mobile advises, but it all trickles down to customer service. So no thanks going there again. For poor customer service. I don't want to go to a place where I wanted some decent food after a long day of work and dealing with my two toddlers and then getting rude customer service. Bye
