My granddaughter wanted a crown with her meal, and they had one ready, even in the drive through. Sure made her happy!
Every time I have come to this place the service is extremely slow. Go to another place if you are in a hurry to get your fast food. I’m writing this as I’m waiting to get mine for more than 10 minutes and counting.
The chicken sandwiches were not good at all, they were soggy and we ended up throwing them away. Very upset with the service and the food that normally we enjoy eating
20 minutes waiting inside for a whooper and fries on a 30 minute break... this is not how a fast food chain should be running. In&Out burger isn't even worth a 20 minute wait.
BAD customer service. We ordered food through the drive thru. Not a good experience to begin with, zero friendliness. The bad part though was when we got our order. Part of our order was 2 medium fries, one was hot but the other one was cold. We let that slide, and decided to just eat them like that. Then we noticed we were missing part of our order, so my husband went and knocked on the door (because they were closed) and let them know that we didn't get something that we ordered, they said that it wasn't in our receipt (we didn't pay for it) so they can't give it to us, we have to do drive thru again and order it again. My husband asked if they could give it to him through the door because they we're the ones that forgot to put it in the order, they said no again, and were being rude. My husband told them that was bad customer service and their answer was "well then go somewhere else..bye" and slammed the door (even my daughter who was in the car said they closed the door really hard)... Of course we are going somewhere else! Never again to this Burger King.
If you want cold food served with a side of rude customer service, this is your place. Usually, fast food restaurants will happily remake an order, even if you are at fault, because they do not want to leave you unsatisified. I know other franchises will go out of their way to remake the food. Don't expect anything from these folks. If you have had a bad experience, I would recommend contacting Burger King directly through their website. They will definitely get your issues sorted out! Choose a diff Burger King to pay a visit to!
Ordered 4 medium meals with one large coke. They gave me 2 small drinks 2, 2 small fries and then said they couldn't charge me for medium. Then the so called manager cursed at me because I was irritated with their lack of customer service. There is no way these people should be making more than $10 an hour.
Really disappointed. I ordered onion rings they were not cooked and cold. Paid a huge amount for the meal. Traveled to another place and used a coupon for just a whopper.
I wish there were zero stars. The girl that works there has glasses and weights about 100 lbs and is a Cant Understand Normal Thinking. She needs to either get fired retrained or quit. I competed the survey off of the reciept but she argued and wouldnt honor the free whopper. Complete waste of my time and won't be coming back.
Stupid mask predujice lady wants people wearing a mask better than the one she's wearing herself. Screw it this place lost my business right there.
