I VERY often stop and get my grandkids chicken nuggets using the drive thru. There is one cashier there that gives 1 dipping sauce per order of nuggets, when I asked for an additional 2 sauces, even stating that I'd pay for them if necessary, she actually called me a racial slur ! I called corporate to file a complaint and requested that the manager of the location call me, as well as the regional manager for the area. That was months ago ... I'm STILL WAITING ....

Fries was so good. Best fast food fries I had in a long time.

Only gave him one because they were open our meal was cold my wife never got what she wanted she got some other sandwich with hot peppers on it and she don't like hot peppers my fish sandwiches were cold and probably there for hours before I order them probably never go back to Burger King on Kettleman Lane in Lodi California and yes my wife posted a thing on Facebook the bar rotten meal

Went inside for dine-in. Employees pleasant, super fast service. Place was clean. Several different types of seating options - booth, tables, high tables, lounge chairs. However, there are 2 restrooms: gender neutral(single that locks) and men's that doesn't lock (has urinal and a stall). I, being a woman, asked for the key to the gender neutral bathroom. I was told they keep that locked and everyone uses the men's. I repeated "so i use the men's?" She said yes. So i went in and the stall was locked (a man was using it and i apologized). This seems wrong. What if i was in the stall and a guy came in to use the urinal? This seems really wrong, like some codes are being broken? If anything, close the men's bathroom and only allow the gender neutral to be of use. Or keep both open?

Not too happy with Burger King. The last three times I have been there they can't seem to get an order correct. Not even close. I ordered a two for $5.00 and they tried to charge me $20.01.

Horrible customer service food was extremely cold ? and tasted awful I would never go back ever again asked for hot food the manager said no refund and no hot food for me and my son

I went through the drive through, after waiting a time I finally gave my order. It took awhile to receive my order. I feel like the store was under staffed and because of that the employees take that frustration out on the customers. Burger King needs to better about staffing and treating the employees better so they will treat the customers better. Probably will not go back.

Ever a disappoint food is great. Love your fries.

The manager was very rude we had to go through the drive-thru twice because the guy that was working didn't get the order right he couldn't hear us nor could we hear him
