Hopeless service in this location, Eli was manager and was rude to us, yelling on us. He treated us badly and seems racist to us.When Eli (Manager) came to us he said like you can leave if you don’t like our service.We were sitting in the restaurant for almost an hour and there was nothing served to us on table.We were just we were just waiting for Server to come on our table and take order but no one showed up. Just looking at the faces of the server. Very rude and yelling on us.
Went to Buffalo today expecting the same usual service but ended up getting the worst service of my existence!!!! I would ask for service and the employee's would turn thier heads to avoid us.The manager who was the acting waitress served us our first beer was no where to be found for the next 45 min. I would rather eat wings from McDonald's then ever have to back there. Eat fire wings there service and their wings are better.
My husband ordered the chicken strips and onion rings. Carls Jr has bigger steps and his were terribly over cooked and like shoe leather. His onion rings on the other hand were under cooked and doughy... won't be back for a while
Even through it was Friday night. They were not to busy but the service was slow. Wing were okay ask to have the boneless wing cooked longer to make sure they were crispy said they couldn't even though I've had it done before. Maybe it was the server. It will be awhile before I give them another try.
Food was ok. Had 3 people wait on me wasn't sure who to tip..one of the female waitress had SO MUCH perfume on it stunk like old lady.. Asked if they had coke they said yes but all they had was Pepsi products.. WASN'T IMPRESSED
We left after sitting at our table for 25 mins without being helped , while staff all sat up front talking to each other. You also might want to add some diversity to your staff.

I'm not a wing person or drinker. Great crowd but I should have tried looking at the menu more. Heard the burgers here were very good.
Wait staff told us to sit wherever we'd like and also said that the high tops were open too. We decided to sit at a booth a few nights back and the manager came by and told us to move to a high top. I just had knee surgery so this was tough for me. When we moved tables, our server only gave three of us one menu and thought it would be fine. There was a drunken lady right next to us at the bar top who was screaming. and I had my 13 year old cousin who was scared. They didn't do anything about her. Literally 5 minutes later, people started sitting at the booths. They also messed up our order. Never coming back.
They sent these home in my take out order. Yum.
