Terrible. We went with our 2 yo daughter and waited 45 minutes for our pizza and nothing! When my husband asked if it's ready, they just ignored him. The whole ordeal was horrible. Everyone after us got their pizzas and we eventually had to ask for a refund. No apology, NOTHING. The service was so much better 2.5 years ago! What happen?!
The pizza is really goodThe staff has no personality ,not friendly at all . If I owned blaze pizza in Lodi I'd fire everyone and find happy people that smile and welcome you and not like. Depressed robots.
Saturday night and only 3 employees. Waited in the front of the line for 20 minutes before we were acknowledged. Then after our pizza was made. It took 40 minutes to get it.
Came in earlier today was immediately greeted and my pizza was picture perfect. I witnessed the manager getting yelled at for enforcing the mask mandate the guy was a real jerk, but she stayed composed and pleasant the whole interaction and when he left she kept her great customer service going as if nothing ever happened she apologized For the irate customer and asked if there was anything else she could get for me. I was just really amazed at the professionalism great job
Wonderful! The side salad is a good size potion and the pizza came out quick and delicious! Blood orange lemonade is amazing
Walked in to the restaurant on Friday afternoon a little before 3 pm. 1 seated customer and 1 picking up a pizza and otherwise the restaurant was empty. Several minutes passed before we were acknowledged and several more minutes passed while the other employee that we could see washed her hands, talked on the phone and disappeared in back of the kitchen. After at least 8 minutes waiting without having our order taken we left and went to Smack Pie.
Friendly staff. Quick easy and delicious. Great place for a quick lunch.
It was our first time here. You choose toppings and make your own pizza. They were out of mushrooms, onions and ice, BUT it's ok the food and experience was still good.
This place is actually pretty awesome. They have great customer service, kind of eased my nerves about the place. My favorite part of it is the music! Plays a lot of rock songs, pretty cool to me.
This was a really good experience, I came in with a group of 12, which were ten little girls and let me tell you they had the best time for my little Aja’s birthday. I love they have vegetarian options because they can still have a pizza party like other kids and it’s so easy to order and very affordable. The staff were super friendly and the manager even came to our table to check on us and ask if we needed anything else. I would recommend going to all my fellow friends and family
