Love the food here. Wish it were more in town but oh well. Worth the drive.

Food wasn't fresh, our order was wrong, staff was not tuned in and wasn't friendly. They were out of napkins and regular straws. The substitute straws were very thin and nearly impossible to use with a shake. Ran out of shake mix which delayed us getting our shakes. The dining room was not very clean.Overall just not a pleasant experience. We went out of our way to have Arby's and unfortunately it just wasn't a normal Arby's experience.
Took my niece in there for the Mac and Cheese and it was amazing. I will definitely be ordering it again. The service was fast and the quality was good. You made her night as well, as we where on a long trip and she is a pickup eater, she thought all hope was gone until she saw that you carried the Mac and Cheese. Hope it stays on the menu.
Freaking Love Arby's, don't have any in concord area so we stop by this one religiously when traveling by. Just off the I_5 right next to loves gas station.
It's like the only arbys in the area.Food is always fresh they have never screwed my order up and it tastes pretty good.It's always a stop when I travel through the area.
I was really looking forward to my visit to Arby’s tonight.Thinking about the piping hot crinkle cut fries, hot crispy chicken bites, Arby’s beef sandwich, mac and cheese.What a huge disappointment. Mediocre at best. I specially said I wanted my order made hot and fresh! It was anything but. Barely warm. Soggy fries. Tepid chicken nuggets. The 'beef' sandwich fell apart before i was half done. The mac and cheese...lets just say i threw most of that gooey mess away.Very disappointed tonight.Oh, let me also mention that my shoes stuck to the floor under the table!The bright spot....the employees. Great attitude. Very helpful.Next time I will think twice before visiting Arbys!
I would have given this place a 4 star but my last experience was pretty bad . Cashier was rude and only gave me 1 Arby's sauce and 1 horseradish sauce for my half pounder roast beef.
Loves is always good... good friendly peopla(staff) and good food...
My sandwich was ready so fast! Great service and clean restaurant.
