Horrible horrible experience using curbside. Not only was the meal not what I ordered, nothing had even remotely sensible portions. There were 4 salads but the sides came in 2s or 3s. I got chips and salsa when I ordered fries and mozzarella sticks. The food was 20 minutes past the order time they told me. None of the staff members acknowledged curbside customers. Waste of money.
We visited Applebee’s around 4 PM on a Thursday. It was not very busy, yet it took almost 10 minutes to be directed to a table. It took another 10 minutes or more for a server to come to take our order. I had to ask to see a menu so we could see what was available to order. After five more minutes, the server came by and took an order and ask if we would like something to drink. This process seemed quite slow to me from my experiences at similar restaurants.The kitchen actually did a pretty good job of getting our food out in no more than 10 to 15 minutes.The baby back ribs were quite good and had a wonderful sauce/glaze. The accompanying coleslaw was nothing more than slightly limp chopped cabbage with no mayonnaise or other ingredient. The french fries were quite salty and had a terrible greasy flavor, worthy of a two out of 10 rating.The dinner salad was extremely small and the lettuce had no crispnessat all.The soft drinks lacked carbonation and were not worth refilling.Needless to say, we won’t be visiting that restaurant again for a very long time.
We decided to stop for a salad for dinner tonight. Turns out they have a special of buy 2 Chinese chicken salads and get a choice of 1 of 4 appetizers for almost nothing. We had the great onion rings, which were very satisfying. Uh huh!
Carolina is a great hostess! Took care of us and made some corrections to our order even after she sat us down. Shows how passionate she is about taking care of customers and going above and beyond for them. Likewise, Mike is a great server. Very careful, went above and beyond for everything and also super friendly! Both of them are great members of the restaurant team and love to see them around every time I come in
Service is excellent and its clean. But itge food i would say its 3 star. The steak was chewy. The food was most warm to cold. I used to come here before but now its changed.
We go to Applebees several times a month. On most recent visit we ordered a beer, with a glass of ice. We received beer in a bottle, no glass, no ice. Asked the gentleman, we appeared to be some sort of manager for a glass with ice. He brought back, just a glass. I said, I asked for a glass with ice. He then proceeded to argue with me and said who drinks beer in a glass with ice. We were so annoyed and responded, it's not your place to tell us how to drink our beer. Never had this happen anywhere before. Very disappointed in the service.
Loved the riblets with the Asian sauce. Wish they gave you more, and better choices for a side dish.
I would give it a higher rating except their cocktails were so weak. The drinks are very expensive and no one could taste the alcohol. We ordered Adios MFers and nothing! Food and service were good though.
Food was good. The service was great. Seem to go out of their way to make sure our dining experience was great
Love going to Applebee's it's my birthday to dishin to go every year. love the staff very nice people .Warm and comfortable place to be .I always go on special occasions will always come back
