I went and had the fried shrimp which were great but also had the Cajun shrimp and two hours later I became violently ill. I had fluids coming out of both ends. The service was great but the Cajun shrimp had to be bad cuz my dining partner ate the fried shrimp as well but ordered something different for dinner..I have been here before and had a cheeseburger ,it was good. Sad to say I will never go back again..

We ordered drinks and they didnt tell us they were missing an ingredient. Served them to us and we thought something was off. I hate complaining about anything but I did and we were told they didn't have anymore Kahlua or Baileys. They were cool and said we could keep the drink and they'd take it off the tab. It wasn't good so we didn't keep it. Food was poor man's cheesecake factory quality. I don't understand any hype around this place.

Nice restaurant, great service and delicious food!

My wife and I had a wonderful birthday meal once again at the Zephyr on First Street. We sat outside - the indoor seating is loud, but outdoors that evening was perfect. The drinks were mixed just right, and each part of the meal, from the entree (Crab Tower - WOW) to the main meal was beautifu, unique and tasty. Thank you team, you knocked it out of the park!

Unfortunately, the food has gone downhill since we first dined here years ago (pre-covid). Everything was unseasoned/bland, and seemed to be previously frozen (veggies) not fresh. Fish was over cooked. Our waitress was great, however upon being seated, the host forgot to let the waitress know we were there (in another room that wasn’t visible to her area - which is odd), so ended up waiting 20 mins before flagging someone down (we thought they were just understaffed so waited patiently, but noticed other tables being served (people seated after us)).We will not be going back here since over the years the food has progressively gotten worse.

Our first night in Livermore we dined at Zephyr for dinner. We had made reservations but arrived early. Luckily they were able to sit us. Zephyr is a large restaurant with both inside and outdoor tables, as well as a bar area. Alina was our server and she was friendly and provided good service. We ordered a bottle of local Darcie Kent wine since Wednesdays are half off bottles. I ordered a cup of butternut squash soup and the duck confit flatbread. The soup was so delish, served in a coffee mug with a swirl of sour cream and cashews. Flavorful with a touch of sweetness. The flatbread, however, was just meh. The dough was undercooked for me. It was chewy, soft and not crispy. It would flop when I picked up a piece. My husband had the Tuscan pork tenderloin with the most amazing au gratin potatoes. The pork was perfectly cooked, a little pink and moist. He really enjoyed it, and I did snag a couple tastes. We were too full for dessert, but Alona brought over two little complimentary brownies bites for us. That was a nice touch! All in all, I would recommend Zephyr Grill.

I had the ribs... They were good, sauce was sweet and tangy. Really enjoyable and a decent sized potion. My wife's salmon and veggies were prepared perfectly. Service was a little slow this Saturday, but we weren't in a hurry.

This is my wife's second favorite restaurant in the area and I greatly appreciate the convenience of the curb side pickup parking spots reserved in the back. Makes the whole to go process much easier. My only wish would be for a menu selection that was less seafood/beef centric (there are a lot of beef and seafood dishes, which I don't like. Which limits what I order. But that's on me, not on Zephyr. What I order from here, I do like.)

I've been to Zephyr several times pre and post pandemic. It's one of those rare places that provides "where everyone knows your name " kind of atmosphere. The bar area is quite intimate and the restaurant is spacious. The menu is substantial and the food is good. I gave it 4 star because at my most recent visit there for breakfast, the waitress was very careless with her mask that made me nervous, and for some reason our food arrived almost an hour after we were seated. My family and I were not in a hurry so it was okay but the wait was definitely unusually long.

Had the steak salad, it was good, portions are getting smaller because of COVID?
